To bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one you have to stop focusing on being someone (updated)

If you do not focus, you cannot see the world and so it will not acknowledge you as someone definitive. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

If you do not seek to be acknowledged as someone definitive, you are nobody – and only as nobody can you bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one.The graphic is grabbed from the web.

In reality there is no more than that which is one and as it requires more than one for something to have a contrasts, there is nothing right or wrong, bad or good, true or false, inside or outside – neither is there anything outside of that which is one. But it is possible to think so. Yet thinking does not make it real, and so a world where there seems to be more than one does not contain neither truth, self, oneness or anything else than emptiness. Maybe that is why science has calculated the world to be 99% empty space with 1% energy.

If you do not focus on being someone specific, there is nobody to see a definable world and so there is nothing to hide the enlightenment of that which is one.

To bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one, all you need to do is to stop focusing on experiencing something tangible, because if you belief to see something definable, it is as if it is hiding the formless enlightenment of that which is one.

That which is one is neither light or darkness or anything in between. Light is just what is used to extract all the thoughts, that are used to make up the experience of being someone tangible, so there is not something to be sucked into a black hole and spit out on the other side into that which is one. Neither is there another side, as there is no more than that which is one.

The ins and outs of a black hole (updated)

The endings of an uncompleted black hole literally look like zen brush strokes. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The endings of an uncompleted black hole literally look like zen brush strokes. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The enlightenment of that which is one is like a vacuum cleaner that sucks all thoughts out of you, so that there is nothing to be seen falling through a black hole, that at first it looks like a zen circle, which very quickly is drawn on a background of rapid changing bright colors. So the zen circle does not have a white background as in the image shown here, and the stroke by the way is more grayish than black.

Also, the circle making up the black hole is not made by one stroke but two strokes, that at same time starts at what is gonna be the top of the circle and extremely quickly draw its two sides until the brushstrokes end as in the image shown here. That is, if you like in this article compare it to a zen sign – or anything else for that matter – because by comparing it to an image from the past, you are back in a world of linear time.

In other words, the black hole is not completed, so you are not in a free fall rapidly moving through a black hole into that which is one, but instead appear as if you are in a world where there seems to be more than one – and as the enlightenment of that which is one cannot be experienced, the beginning of a black hole that you saw is not the enlightenment of that which is one, but a glimpse of it*.

If you in anyway try to define anything in the enlightenment of that which is one, you fence it off, so it cannot extract your thoughts so you as nobody freely are falling through a black hole into that which is one. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

If you in any way try to see something definable in the enlightenment of that which is one – like colors for example – you instead appear to be in a world defined by time and space. In other words, the thoughts making up your personality cannot be extracted, so you as nobody fall and fall through a black hole into that which is one. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

For the same reason the above is not a description of the enlightenment of that which is one but a glimpse of it*. The next paragraph, however, is about the enlightenment of that which is one, but as that cannot be experienced, it is based on my vague memories on going where nobody can go. The memories may seem to imply, that the enlightenment of that which is one is a sequence of events, but that is only because one perpetual present cannot be described in a world of linear time.

If you do not define the strokes as a zen circle or anything at all, the ends will meet without you noticing, there is not anything outside of them anymore, neither inside. There are no more colors or a black hole – just one bright white light, that is neither opaque or transparent but so intense that it cannot be seen.

To forget what and where you appear to be is to bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

To forget what and where you appear to be is to bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one.

Yet you sense, that if you do not fight it by trying to see something, it will extract all the thoughts, you collected to appear as if you are someone definitive, so that there is nothing but the formlessness of that which is one. If that is what you want, you better forget, what you have just read.

Even better, forget what are where you believe to be. Not knowing anything, there is not someone definitive to hide, that which is you is no different from that which is one, and that it always has been and always will be so, regardless what you may believe, because it is not possible to believe anything, because that requires more than one.

NOTE: If you after reading this article are left with a sense of not haven gotten the ins and out of a black hole, you are lucky, because there is no ins and out of it – only pointers towards it.

The form of a sonogram looks like the waves joining to make a black hole, that sometimes for just a moment looks like an embryo. The graphic is grabbed from the web

Besides the black hole in the enlightenment of that which is one may start off in many other ways than described above. One that I have had a glimpse of many times looks a bit like a sonogram – or rather a fan of waves looking like sonograms spinning so fast, that they seem to join each other from an indefinable center in such a fast way that suddenly only the edge of a circle is sensed, while the inside of it seems to be nothing but blackness. That is until one bright white light explodes like thousands of atomic bombs erupt out of the blackness and fills up everything.

That which is one cannot be understood, because it takes more than one to understand something. But in a world where there seems to be more than one, there is much hat must be understood in order to appear as if you are someone definitive there. Yet it is not understandable, why one believe to be in such a world.

This description is based on last nights glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one, while the description of the zen circle is based on glimpses from the night before, so as you can see, there are no specific pattern to be deducted from the enlightenment of that which is one. In other words, there is nothing to understand.

The enlightenment of that which is one cannot be found in a world where there seems to be more than one, but glimpses of it can (updated)

Even though in a dream you may sense, that it´s a dream, you can only see the dream. The dream must be terminated to see the dreamer.

Even though you as an appearance in a dream may sense, it is not real, you cannot see what is real. You can only see the dream and not the one dreaming it. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Gurus and others talking about silence, inner peace and bliss are trying to seduce you into believing, that they know how to find shelter from the world – or how to transcend it. But how can they claim. there is something to find in a world, they also say is an illusion or a dream? Everything found in a dream is of course equally illusionary, no matter if it seems to be found inside or outside of an appearance there or whether it is judged to be pure or whatnot.

Although the dreamer cannot be seen in the dream, everything in it symbolizes the dreamer
The foundation of my non teachings is that a world where there seems to be more than one is to be compared to a dream or a movie – in other words, it is an illusion! This is possible to sense, just like when you – within the illusion of a world where there seems to be more than one – have a dream and for a moment sense it is not real.

Regardless the distances and the apparent different persons in a dream, there are no distances and no differences at all. Everything is in the dreamer, so no matter where you appear to be in the dream you are with the dreamer. It is only the belief in its realty, that separates you from each other.

This does not mean, that you in such a moment see what is real, but that you sense the unreality of a world where there seems to be more than one. What is real you cannot see, as there is nothing real in an illusion, no matter what you seem to think, feel experience or read – included my non teachings. But if can you sense, what you think is you is nothing but a fleeting appearance be in a dream, it is likely that the dreamer of it is real.

Reality though is not something definitive. It is formless and much more energetic, than you can ever imagine in the dream of a world defined by time and space. Millions of atomic bombs exploding at one time is nothing compared to the formless energy of that which is one.

It is one perpetual present at an unimaginable speed – so fast that there is no difference to see and nobody having the time to see anything. That is why nothing is happening in the formlessness of oneness. See The speed of reality is one perpetual present.

Alexius is speaking from vague memories of the enlightenment of that which is one, where the dream of a world defined by time and space is no more and therefore neither Alexius to experience something. That is why – apart from the certainty that there is no more than that which is one and therefore not a world where there seems to be more than one – he only has vague memories of it.

There seems to be separate appearances to be defined by time and space in the dream called The World. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

If you seem to see separated appearances defined by time and space, you see what you think you are, namely someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one. In other words, your belief, that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one, fences of the formlessness of oneness.  Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

If you experience or are aware of something, you are either unreal or hallucinating
The experience of seeing something can only occur in a world, where there seems to be more than one. In such a world one perpetual present seems to be hidden behind the idea of linear time, as it gives the impression, there is a continuous flow of endless events with each their own past and a future.

Reality is that which is one. There is neither nothing inside or outside, as that requires more than one.

Selected fragments of this flow some gurus want you to freeze and uphold as if it is a state of peace or stillness, but just like everything else in a world where there seems to be more than one these states are based on excluding something upsetting or disturbing. In other words, as they are based on the belief in separation, they exclude the only peace and stillness there is, namely the formlessness of oneness, which has no disturbances, as it takes more than one to be disturbed by something. So if you are feeling disturb or feeling anything at all, you are either unreal or hallucinating.

A person cannot bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one. But a person can momentarily step aside, so there is nothing definable to hide the formlessness of that which is one. If a person steps partly aside, there is more than one and therefore no room for the formlessness oneness. Yet there may be glimpses of it coming through. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

The enlightenment of that which is one versus glimpses of it
The enlightenment of that which is one is a moment, that starts in the dream of a world where there seems to be more than one. Yet in the exact same moment the dream is over. As that which is you was not in the dream, it is not an awakening to a new awareness. On the contrary, there is no awareness of anything, neither that you seemed to have believed being someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one, as that requires more than one. There is just one bright light – so intense that there is nothing to see and therefore nothing to be.

The light is there to suck what has been stripped free of the belief in world where there seems to be more than one through a black hole into that which is one. That is, if there is no leftovers of this belief, because if there is, you will think that you see something and therefore return to a world where there seems to be more than one, because only in such a world can something be experienced to be seen by somebody.

In other words, if it is perceived as if there is something definable in the enlightenment of that which is one, you will again appear to be someone definitive in a world defined by time and space.

Those who have exciting enlightenment experiences to tell about have hold onto the belief in being someone definitive and therefore not as nobody been sucked through a black hole into the formlessness of that which is one, so what they have experienced is a glimpse of the enlightenment of that which is one.

Glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one can be experienced by seeing, hearing, feeling or tasting it. But as it requires more than one to experience something, the glimpses are not the enlightenment of that which is one.

From from the perspective of a world defined by time and space the enlightenment of that which is one leads to nothing, because there is not something to see, and therefore nothing to define you as someone definitive. That which is one has no perspective, as it requires more than one to have something.

For someone who is fed up of appearing to be someone definitive, it is frustrating to only have glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one, but for those whom love to appear as someone special it is perfect, because the glimpses can be used to pump up the specialness by lecturing or writing books about the experience of a vast empty space full of pure consciousness, love, bliss or whatever the glimpses are interpreted to reveal.

But it has nothing to do with the enlightenment of that which is one, because only someone definitive can be full of pure consciousness, love, bliss or anything else.

There is no way to that which is one, as there is no more than that which is one (updated)

My cat Wincent was howling like a wolf, while I seemed to pass away.

My cat Wincent was howling like a wolf, while I seemed to pass away. This I chose to interpret, as if he wanted me to remain together with him. If it was out of love or concern for his next meal I do not know. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Light, bliss, peace, stillness. consciousness or whatever experienced is a transitory state. In reality there is nothing to experience, as that requires more than one, and reality is than that which is one.

I felt the usual panic last night, when I – as so many times before – seemed to be at the edge of dying. This time, however, the panic attack was very short. Maybe because I knew from before, that the appearance of Alexius always seems to return to the world – or because I remembered from several times being in this transition phase, that it is such a relief, when the world fades out. But probably most of all because I want to completely undo the belief in being someone definitive, so that there is not something appearing to hide that which I am.

As it takes more than one to interpret something as a problem, the problem is gone when the belief in being and having more than that which is one is undone.

That being said, such a belief also has its moments. When I was willing to undo this belief and my body was about to pass away, there was another appearance, who seemed to want Alexius to remain in the world. My cat, that I sensed somewhere in the distance, were crying out loud, as if it was saying ´come back´.

I cannot know, what is going on in a cat, apart from what I project onto it, and as I liked my projection, I slowly started rebooting as Alexius in body. The next thing I remember is, that I could feel my cat purring, while he was laying close to my body.

Appearing to be back in the world of time and space, I accepted, my choice and started dealing with the practicality of it. My cat needed food – maybe that was why he was worried about me leaving – and so did my body. This has nothing to do with ultimate reality, but to get there I start where I appear to be, namely together with my cat – and being together with someone is to be very close to the entrance of that which is one.

Reality has nothing outside, and there is no inside, because reality is that which is one.

Because you did not leave that which is one on your own. That is not possible, as if you left it on your own you would still be at one and therefore not appearing to be outside of that which is one. Well, it is not possible to leave it at all, but it is possible to imagine, that there is more than one so that you can leave it with another one. Consequently you leave this imagination as you entered it, namely appearing to be together with another one.

It does not matter if it is you and your cat or somebody else or just you and another thought. As long as you leave a world where there seems to be more than in a way where you appear to be more than one, you undo your imagination of such a world the way you made it. This is the last theme of my non teaching called Alone together.

You may be enlightened without knowing it, because the enlightenment of that which is one changes nothing (updated)

Even though it appears as if you are in a body, it is all make-believe. The enlightenment of that which is one does not change anything within this belief system. It simply undoes it. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

As it is make-believe to appear as if you are a in body, the enlightenment of that which is one does not waste time on changing anything within the world of this belief. Instead it undoes it. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

It is not uncommon to bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one and afterwards dismiss the vague memories of it as nothing, as what is formless – and therefore not definable – cannot be remembered as something. So in that sense it is certainly nothing. Besides, as the enlightenment of that which is one is one perpetual present, it cannot be transferred to a world of linear time. In other words, it cannot be shared in a world where there seems to be more than one, wherefore it is dismissed as not real.

That is why my non teachings about the enlightenment of that which is one – for example the previous article Last night I died from the world again – just are pointers to it. But if you somehow are touched by these pointers based on my vague memories, you may also have vague memories of it, which is not – as most like to imagine – something that will change you into a spiritual and blissful being, who will last forever. On the contrary.

As there is no more than one in the enlightenment of that which is one, you will not last forever. Like a machine you are simply turned off, and without a personality, self, soul or whatever you considered to be or have in a world where there seems to be more than one, ´you´ fall/float through a black hole into the formlessness of that which is one.

If the machinery of the body, you seemed to inhabit before the enlightenment of that which is one is rebooted* in less than half an hour – in linear time – you again appear to be in it, but you are not greater or better than before, neither are you more spiritual, blissful, wise, loved or respected in a world where there seems to be more than one.

The enlightened does not have a high consciousness, as it takes more than one to have something. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The unenlightened may have a high consciousness attained through many years of meditation. But one who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one has nothing, because it takes more than one to have something. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

When one who is compared to the enlightenment of that which is one forget that there is no more than the formlessness of that which is one, it seems that the unenlightened knows so much more about enlightenment than the enlightened, who knows nothing. But as soon as it is remembered, there is no more than that which is one, it dawns on the enlightened that all knowledge enhances separation, as it takes more than one to know something.

Literally nothing has changed. The enlightenment of that which is one did not return you to the formlessness of that which is one. It is not possible, as that which is you is no different from the formlessness of that which is one, and as what is formless is endless, there is nothing outside of it, so you never left it – only in your imagination, which the enlightenment does not change but undoes.

There is not something to awaken from or return to – neither any awareness to expand – because there is no more than the formlessness of that which is one.

In other words, the enlightenment of that which is one does nothing but heals the sick belief, that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one. Rebooted as someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one, you sense this very clearly, because even though the memories of the enlightenment of that which is one are vague, one thing stands out crystal clear: There is no more than that which is one.

The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The unenlightened often tries to make someone who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one looking bad. The church, for example, has painted a picture of the devil, as if it has horns, because they grow out in the aura of an enlightened, and the church wants to make those, who do not need their salvation to look evil.

So if you are looking for something big and supernatural, that will support you and help you to become more spiritual and blissful, you will not notice if you somehow forget what and where you are and therefore bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one, because it has none of those qualities you are looking for. It has nothing at all, as it requires more than one to have anything.

Last night I died again from the world (updated)

The transmission from outer to inner senses is not gradually but very abrupt and it can seem frightening in the moment you sense the world, as you know it, is gonna be erased. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

The total transmission from the outer to the inner senses is not gradual but very abrupt, and it can seem frightening in the moment where you sense that nothing definable will make it through this transition. You and the world, as you know it, is gonna be eradicated just like that. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Just like we have senses to see, hear, feel, smell and taste a world that seems to be outside of us, we have similar ones to sense an inner realm. To use the inner senses, or go beyond the senses as Buddha seem to have said, the outer ones must be more or less closed.

The more you do not focus on something specific in the world, that the outer senses seem to produce, the more they are closing down and the less you see a definable world. To be completely defocused for a moment feels like you die from the world of the outer senses, which may be why the New Testament says that St. Paul died daily.

A total transition from the outer senses to the inner ones can be very uncomfortable. Some choose to die instead og going through this phase. But most fight to remain as a person in the world experienced by the outer senses, as that is where they consider to life to be.

Vomiting is a way to stop frightening things from coming up
Psychologically speaking it is said, that when suppressed feelings are about to surface, some unconsciously choose to vomit instead of facing them. It is a bit the same in the total transition from outer to inner senses, in the sense that part of you are afraid of the unknown and try avoiding it by doing something very physical like vomiting.

But it is best to avoid vomiting in the phase of the total transition from outer to inner senses, and instead face the extreme discomfort by including it exactly as it is without trying to understand or embrace, so you are what is in the moment and nothing else. Then it is over. It may be easier said than done, and it may take a long time to pass the apparent discomfort.

At a very young age when one of my inner senses opened, the outer ones were fully turned off, so there was nothing to block out the enlightenment of that which is one. I had been driving taxi for 15 hours and was exhausted to the extent that I confused traffic lights for customers trying to hire a taxi.

When I finally returned home from work, there was no energy left to fight the inner sense called the third eye to open up and burn away everything that appeared to be Alexius in a world where there seems to be more than one, so that there was no belief in something definable to hide there is no more than the formlessness of that which is one.

ice-experience-2

In deep sleep or big exhaustion you do not sense apparent differences to make a difference, which is the invitation the enlightenment of that which is one is waiting for. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Deep, deep sleep
The inner senses are like the outer ones in the way, that if one of them is intensely used, the other ones seem to be somewhere in the background. In other words, one sense dominate at a time. For me it was the most know of the inner senses, that dominated, when the inner senses opened up, namely the ability to ´see´ light. Not a light though that can be compared to anything you can see with the two eyes of the outer senses.

The Bhagavad Gita compares this light to a light from thousands of suns, but I would not do that. To compare it to something is to say, there is something to see, that can be defined by time and space. It is not a light that illuminates something. There is nothing to see – not even light because there is no consciousness of being someone. There is just light and nothing else.

Soon after I bid welcome the visual aspect of the enlightenment of that which is one, the inner ear opened with ethereal harmonies sounding like bells but in a lot crisper and softer way than the mundane ones. Regarding the opening of the inner eye, I had no discomfort in the transition. Guess I was too exhausted to fight the opening of it. Speaking of the opening of the inner ear, I think it happened in what Buddha called the deep sleep.

If you sleep very, very deep, the concept of an ´I´, that experience something, is gone, and so there is nobody to fight going with the flow. It was in such a very deep sleep, that my inner ear opened up just like that.

The focus and concentration needed to read books enhances the belief in being and having something specific, contrary to defocusing that initiates the flow towards the formlessness of oneness.

The above is not much of an explanation of the deep sleep, but as I have not read the Buddhist statements, which are probable full of fancy names for levels and whatnot, all I know is from deep sleeping myself – or rather not doing it, as there is nobody there. That is why, all I have are vague memories.

Always on the run from something to something better, so that you do not see, that which is you is the best. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The desire to escape that which is one is the reason, you must belief it is possible to be someone in a world where there seems to be more than one, so you appear to be and have more than another one. Escape is so deeply rooted in the belief system, that it governs everything you seem to do.

Even if you change your mind and want oneness instead of separation, you still think you need to escape the enlightenment of that which is one. That is until you realize, it is yourself that you want to escape, because that which is you is no different from that which is one.

Tasting the sweetness of that which is one
To taste the sweetness of that which is one, which is like a flavour of milk and honey with a hint of liquorice or sometimes strawberry was not without discomfort for me. My body acted like it had been attacked by something dangerous and panicked by making vomit reflexes. But when I did not try to escape it, the panic turned out to be a lid on a jug of a smoothie like texture, that in some scriptures are called the nectar of life.

This is very much told in retrospect, because as the enlightenment as that which is one cannot be experienced, this aspect of it is rather the tastelessness of nothingness. It was not after having had several glimpses of this aspect, which is an experience of a transparent sweet smoothie like flavour, that I realized I must had bid welcome this aspect of the enlightenment of that which is one, because I had a memory of this taste in its extreme and most pure form, namely the tasteless formlessness of that which is one.

When the body dies, the world of the outer senses cannot be experienced, but for almost half an hour in linear time you remain in the world of the inner senses, and as it is only in the world of the outer senses the belief in being someone specific can be upheld, nobody is dying. That is if you do not fight the world of the inner senses by holding onto something specific, that reminds you of the world of the outer senses.

The graphic is grabbed from the web.

In that which is one you are not being anything at all, not even the bubbling sense of oneness There is not someone to experience it, as that would require more than one. This does not mean, that you are gone, because that which is you is no different from the formlessness of that which is one. What is gone is that which is not you, namely someone tangible who appears to be in a world where there seems to be more than one. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Last night I finally died from the outer sense of feeling a tangible world
The inner sense of feeling has not been easy for me to get in touch with. It took many years of discomfort, vomiting, being hospitalized and at times losing the ability to balance – just to mention a few of the unsettling things, I have encountered as a person in the world getting closer to this inner sense.*

But last night in a very deep sleep I got so close, that I completely died from the outer sense of feeling a world defined by past experiences. In other words, the belief in being Alexius was momentarily undone, so that the enlightenment of that which is one was bid welcome – not in a visual but emotional way though. First there was discomfort from not feeling my body to separated from the bed. It was as if everything was electric and full of tiny bubbles.

Next it turned into one feeling of nothingness, in the sense that there was nothing tangible – neither Alexius. Calling it a feeling is not entirely correct, because there is nobody to feel it … and nobody to remember it. In other words, what I am writing is based on vague memories, that I seem to be able to pick up from what feels like very far away and yet right here.

I remember, it was not like in a world defined by time and space, where there seems to be different events happening in sequences of time. There was no time. Everything was happening simultaneously.

It was one perpetual present and still is. This, however, cannot be described in a world of linear time, so it seems as if it happened in the past. Yet there was and is no difference between that which I am and the non-tangible feeling of one eternal presence of nothing but sizeless bubbles. This should not be understood that I am in a state like that in a world where there seems to be more than one, but that I know I am not there, because there is no more than that which is one.

Until that night I only had glimpses of the emotional aspect of that which is one, which is to emotionally experience the vibration that Aum, Sohang or The Word of God symbolizes. The feeling of this vibration can be compared to the feeling you have in the body, when quickly drinking the bubbles from a Coca-Cola, or from sensing the purring of a cat. If you want to learn how to feel and hear this vibration check the article Life has no secrets.

How to activate glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one in its other aspects you can read about in the article Perceiving the world as symbols of the four aspects of enlightenment – or how to have glimpses of enlightenment.

If you see something in this pic, there´s duality.

If you see something in this image, you believe it is possible to be and have more than that which is one and use what you define seeing to fence off the undefinable formlessness of that which is one. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Back in a world where there seems to be more than one
To leave the enlightenment of that which is one and reappear as a person in the world of the outer senses, all what is needed is to perceive something, as this is based on separation. I remember years ago, when I came back from my first intense glimpse of the vibration that Aum, Sohang and The Word of God symbolizes, there had been a wish to live as opposed to die. Such a contrast – or any other for that matter – is only applicable in a world where there seems to be more than one, so again Alexius appeared to be there.

To experience the enlightenment of that which is one, there must be someone to experience it, but that is not possible, as it takes more than one to experience something. My non teachings therefore discerns between the enlightenment of that which is one, which cannot be experienced, and glimpses of it, which is an experience of it, that is comparable to watching a movie trailer, that is just a sample of the whole movie.

Any experience is an illusion, as it takes more than one to experience something and there is no more than that which is one
The outer and inner senses are two sides of the same coin – that is why it is easy to swift between them and also why they both are part of a world where there seems to be more than one. In other words, the glimpses of enlightenment that can be experienced via the inner senses are not the ultimate reality. Well in fact nothing is.

As a world where there seems to be more than one is an illusion, there is nothing to wake up from and nothing ultimate to come back to. If there was, a world where there seems to be more than one would not be an illusion. Consequently this article is as illusionary as a street sign pointing towards for example New York. It is just a pointer, and not what it is pointing towards.

We all know, the world presented to us in a set of virtual reality glasses is not real. Yet most have forgotten, that neither is the world presented to us by the senses. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

We all know, the world presented to us in a set of virtual reality glasses is not real. Yet most have forgotten, that neither is the world presented to us by the senses. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

We all know, that within the framework of a world where there seems to be more than one, a the world simulated in virtual reality glasses is not real, and that when you take off the glasses, everything that appeared to be in the virtual world disappears, so that is not something to disturb you from seeing what is supposed to be the real world.

The world of the inner senses with glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one shows us the same is true in regards to the world experienced with the outer senses, because it fades out the more the outer senses are turned inwards towards.

When the enlightenment of that which is one is bid welcome, there is nothing to experience, as it takes more than one to experience something.

But the experience of this inner world** full of lucid light, ethereal music, sweet nectar or bubbles of nothingness disappears, if the outer senses are completely closed off, as the contrasts, that glimpses of enlightenment seem to be made off, will dissolve, so there is no glimpses to experience, neither somebody specific to experience them – and therefore not something to hide, there is nothing but one perpetual present.

From the perspective of a world where oneness is divided in more than one, there is literally nothing in that which is one. But from the perspective of oneness – though no such thing is possible, as it requires more than one to have a perspective of something – there is everything in that which one, as it is formless and therefore never ends.

*) When rereading this article much later all memories of discomfort is gone, so do not worry, you will be OK, if you choose to go with the flow of the inner senses.

**) Please do not take it too literally, when it is expressed in my non teachings as if there is an inner and outer world. It should not be understood as there is a world inside of you. There is nothing neither inside or outside. The inner world rather refer to something, that it is not experienced to be in the world, you perceive to be outside of you.

NOTE ABOUT DYING FROM THE WORLD OF THE OUTER SENSES
To die from the outer senses and return to them again can be compared to rebooting a computer. You feel like a blank slate, when coming back. The transition though of leaving the imagination of a world where there seems to be more than one and going where you cannot go, namely where there is no more than the formlessness of that which is one, can be full of fear and discomfort, and that there is a chance, you will not make it back to a world where there seems to be more than one with a sane mind. There are no guarantees.

NOTE ABOUT MULTITASKING BETWEEN INNER AND OUTER SENSES
When you open up to the inner senses, they reveal their world at their own accord. In the context of the world experienced with the outer senses it may not be at convenient time, so make sure to stay away from things and places, where focus on the world of the outer senses is needed, if you sense the inner senses are knocking at the door.

This is not a problem though, if you connect with the inner breath, as that function as an automatic gear between inner and outer senses. Read about the inner breath in the article The nature of the inner breath. If you quickly want to connect with it check out Take-offs to the inner breathHow to ignite take-offs to the inner breath and What does the inner breath feel like?.

Beyond the senses – or the outer senses versus the inner ones (updated)

Those who hears the echo of that which is one cannot use it to make themselves or the world better, but they will be used as a door out of a world where life seems to be divided in more than one into the formlessness of oneness. This is not to be understood, as they will be transformed, but that the belief in being someone definitive will be undone, which means there is not something to hide that which is you is no different formlessness of that which is one. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Those who hear or feel the humming coming from far away as an echo of that which is one cannot use it to make themselves or the world better. But they will be used as a door, that closes the apparent experience of a world where there seems to be more than one, so there is no experience to hide that which is one. This is not to be understood, as they will be transformed, but that the belief to be somebody definitive will be undone. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

If a world where seems to be more than one is not real but that which I am is, it is not possible to be in such a world. Yet it is possible pretending to be ´there´. This is to say that most of the below article is written within the framework of pretending to be someone specific ´there´, so the experiences described in it – for example ´the world standing still´ – is as illusionary as any other experience in a virtual world.

Yet some illusions seem to be helpful in exposing the experience of this virtual world as unreal and the oneness of that which I am as real.

Beyond the senses – or the outer senses versus the inner ones
The first time the world stood still was in my teen years. I looked out the window and everything was covered by snow. It was like the whiteness of outside of me turned everything white inside me while Donovan* gently was singing Jennifer Juniper.

I forgot to participate in the story of time and space, so the Earth did not move and the air was so thin, that there was no space between anything. Music was coming out of my speakers, yet the silence was so loud, that all I really heard was the echo of that which is one.

Much later on a walk along the sea, the echo of that which is one was there again – and not so much later, when I was walking on a pedestrian street handing out flyers, the distant echo of that which is one was so intense, that even though people were moving on the street, there was no movement and no people. Do not know what there was – it did not seem tangible.

After being accustomed to hearing the echo of that which is one I realized, that this distant humming is what the words Aum, Sohang or The Word of God symbolize, and that the reason people even after years of chanting or contemplating do not hear the echo of that which is one is that they are waiting for an understanding to be revealed through these words. But there is no understanding to be revealed, neither is there any need to understand anything, when you actually the distant humming, that Aum, Sohang or The Word of God symbolizes.

_IGP6225-Edit

You can only hear the music from the guitar on this image by imagining it, because there is no real guitar in the image – it is a symbol. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

The echo of that which is one
The word guitar is a symbol for something, that can make amazing sounds. Yet the word cannot make those sounds. In fact there is no way to know what a guitar sounds like when you read the word guitar, if you have not already heard what it is a symbol of.

It is a little bit the same with the words symbolizing the distant humming of that which is one – and then again it is not exactly the same. A guitar can produce something, but the vibration that Aum, Sohang or The Word of God symbolizes cannot produce anything. It can be compared to the sound of a vacuum cleaner, which does not vacuum clean. It is just there, when the vacuum cleaner is turned on.

Likewise the humming, that Aum, Sohang or The Word of God symbolizes, is an echo ´hanging in the air´, when the imagination of a world where life is divided into more than one is turned on. The humming is the engine of such a world – not in the way that it produces it, but in the way that it is the energy, that makes it possible to imagine that you are someone specific in a world where there seems to be more than one.

When everything you know is undone, there is peace
It is not accidentally, that it is a vacuum cleaner that is used in the above description. The humming of that which is one is to be compared to a subtle version of the sound from a vacuum cleaner or the sound from the ventilation in an airport, or the fusion of all sounds in the world, or the sound at the edge of a breath (not the sound of breathing in, neither of breathing out, but at the edge of the breath – or rather at the top of it).

If you are into becoming famous or rich or making the world a better place according to specific belief, this vibration is not for you. It has no power to change anything. It knows of nothing to make better. On the contrary. Everything conceivable is undone, which leaves nothing but that which is one. In other words, there is peace, because it takes more than one to not be at peace.

The enlightenment of that which is one versus glimpses of it
Apart from the last two sentences in the above paragraph this article has not been about the enlightenment of that which is one. It cannot be heard, as that is an experience and it requires more than one to experience something. What I have been talking about is the experience of having glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one in the form of hearing the vibration that Aum, Sohang or The Word of God symbolizes, which we can have when the definable world of the outer senses become so distant that the distant humming from the edge of the universe is the nearest to us.

To hear or feel the distant humming, that Aum, Sohang or The Word of God symbolizes is one aspect of experiencing glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one. The other aspects are to have amazing visions of light, crispness of ethereal harmonies or the sweetness of oneness. The world of the outer senses is very focused on visual impact, so you may only have heard of the visual aspect of the enlightenment of that which is one.

Those glimpses are revealed by the inner senses, when the ones are partly closed. In the world of the inner senses though there is only one of everything, so there is just one eye, one ear and so on, and they are not physical tangible.

As long you are experiencing the enlightenment of that which is one in one of its aspects, you are having glimpses of it, but if you stop perceiving them as if they can be defined like this or that way, there is nothing to define you as an experiencer, and so there is not someone definitive experiencing them, and so there are no difference between them and you. That is the enlightenment of that which is one.

Having fun exploring the world of the outer senses. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

What is real is never-ending, so all experiences are unreal
Compared to the enlightenment of that which is one or having glimpses of it, living as someone specific in the world of the outer senses feels like a joke – but why not enjoy the joke. There is nothing to lose. As you are not someone definitive, you can pretend to be anybody in the world of the outer senses. If you are into concepts of love, you can perceive the world through such glasses as if everything is love or a cry for love. It is all make-believe, so anything will do.

When the world experienced through the outer senses is an illusion, one may conclude, that the world experienced through the inner senses is the real thing. But as what is real never ends, neither the inner or outer senses are real as all experiences have an end  – including the experiencing glimpses of enlightenment.

The enlightenment of that which is one is a journey without distance from a world where there seems to be more than one into that which is one
Metaphorically speaking you can say, that what you experience via the inner senses is a wall surrounding that which is one. The wall seems to have no substance. Yet it can be seen, heard, felt or tasted, and if you do not try to find order in it or in any way define it, the outer senses have nothing to work with and a door, that looks like a black hole with a thin frame of white light inside it and rapidly spiralling bright light around it, suddenly and very quickly sucks you into it.

There is no other side to this black hole, because you have left the oneness of that which is you. You have never been definable or experienced anything. That is an illusion. In reality that which is you is no different from that which is one – and there is no more than one.

*) Donovan, Tim Buckley, The Byrds, Pearls Before Swine and Bob Dylan were some of my favorites, when I was a teenager. Now as a retired I especially enjoy Mutual Benefit, Wild Nothing, Avi Buffalo, Sun Kil Moon, Grand Salvo, Eléni Karaïndrou and Philip Glass.

Reappearing from death knowing it is not real (updated)

IMG_0424-5

All thoughts appearing to be you has to be left at the moment of death, if it is to serve as a portal to that which is one, so if they are picked up again in order to return to a world where there seems to be more than one, the person you appear to be will not have anything to tell about that which is one, because this person was not there. Yet there may be vague memories of it. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

I do not know the stories from those telling about their experience of death. Yet I know, that if they have much to say, it is not death but near-death, they are talking about – and that has nothing to do with death. It cannot be experienced, because if you are dead there is nobody to experience it.

Tunnels of light seems to be a common near-death experience, which often is used to prove, that you are on a spiritual journey. The tunnels of light, however, are just a result of the brain not having enough oxygen to produce the images of a world as you expect it to look, so instead it produces something abstract based on common second-hand knowledge stored in your subconsciousness.

It has nothing to do with spirituality, which is the formlessness of that which is one and consequently cannot be seen, as it requires more than one to see something. That is why the personality at the moment of death metaphorically speaking must be left at the entrance to oneness, so that there is nothing to enter it and therefore no awareness of having been there, if the personality is picked up again and again to a body that appears to be you in a world where there seems to be more than one.

The formlessness of oneness has no size – and what is sizeless has no beginning or end. In other words, there is no more than that which is one, so a world where there seems to be more than one does not exist. This cannot be comprehended by those believing to be someone definitive, as to them only what can be measured does exist.

There are, however, vague memories of the formlessness of that which is one, and due to these memories it feels, as if dying from a world where there seems to be more than one and return to it again from that which is one is to have the slate wiped clean – or like the machinery of the body has been rebooted.

First time I thought, I would become like those spaced-out persons considering themselves to be very spiritual. But after each reboot I reappeared with a much stronger sense of the body – not because I believe to be in it, but because, that which I am is not in the world at all, and knowing that, it is so easy to pretend being something bodily like Alexius.

I never do anything so-called spiritual. When I wake up in the mornings I go for a long walk, until I come to this point and return back home. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

I never do anything so-called spiritual like for example meditation. When I wake up in the mornings, I go for a long walk from where I often return home at this corner. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

There is no spirituality in a world where there seems to be more than one
At the few so-called spiritual lectures that I have ever attended, the lecturers entertained the audience with stories and conclusions based on a single extraordinary experience from their past, that they seemed to think had changed them into something spiritual. Also based on this experience they seemed to be convinced, that it is possible to fuse physicality and spirituality, which is just as absurd as saying, it is possible to always have day and night at the same time in the same place.

Just like a computer cannot contain the physical world except in a simulated version twisted into two-dimensional or fake 3D images, a world where there seems to be more than one cannot contain that which is one, except in a twisted version of something that appears to be identifiably by what and where it is in time and space. Infinity becomes a thing, that is relative to finite – as if infinity is something extremely big.

Spirituality is the formlessness of that which is one. What is formless is endless. In other words, there is no more than that which is one, so if you are reading this, you must be mistaken. The experience of an article and that you are having it is an illusion. Yet this illusion is only possible to experience due to that which is one, as there is no more than that, so if you stop believing what you experience is real, all what is left is that which is one.

Life has no secrets (updated)

There is nothing to search for. Searching comes from the desire of more, and there is no more than that which is one.

There is nothing to search for. Searching comes from the desire to be and having more than the oneness of life, but there is no more than that which is one. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Life has no secrets. It is impossible, because life is that which is one and it takes more than one to have a secret. So why do people ask what it is and where to find it. The answer lies in the previous sentence. Life is that which is one, so in a world where there seems to be more than one there is no life. In other words, even though the oneness of life is used to experience a world, where it seems to be divided into more than one, it is not there – just like a physical body is not in a dream, regardless it is the host of it.

Though some like to think, that the word of god is something written, but there is nothing in the New Testament that indicates that. In fact the word of god can neither be written or spoken.

Some like to think, that The Word of God is something written, though nothing in the New Testament indicates that. In fact The Word of God can neither be written or spoken. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

In the New Testament the echo of life is called ´The Word of God´: »In the origin The Word had been existing and That Word had been existing with God and That Word was himself God.« John 1:1, Aramaic Bible in Plain English.

Unfortunately those, who follow the written word of the New Testament, think what is written there is ´The Word of God´. But god cannot read or write, neither can it create a world, where there seems to be more than one, as god is ´that which is one´ and it takes more than one to read, write or create something.

Yet an echo of the oneness of life can be heard and felt in the world. Christianity calls this echo for The Word of God, and in Eastern religions it is often symbolized by the words Aum and Sohang. You could say that the oneness of life makes this echo to call you home. It is of course a metaphor. The oneness of life does not need to call you home, because there is no difference between that which is you and the oneness of life.

A person believing to be in a world where there seems to be more than one is imagining to be outside of that which is one, and there is nothing there.

To leave the oneness of life is not possible, but it is possible to believe so. This article is written within the context of the belief, that you are living in a world where life is divided into more than one. It is within this context, hearing or feeling the echo of that which is life is a call for going home.

The sound of echo of life is not a word that can be written or spoken. Yet it can be heard and felt, which is very easy. But hardly anybody want that, as to appear as someone special in a world where there seems to be more than one you must be right, because being wrong turns you into nobody. That is however the prerequisite for hearing and/or feeling he echo of life – or rather it is to not believe being someone specific

Approaching the echo of life through The Word of God may be even more confusing than the endless chanting of ´Aum´ or ´Sohang´, as it is not a word that can be spoken.

No chanting or any other action like that is necessary to hear/feel the vibration, that is symbolized by the word Aum. It comes to you automatically, when you do not differentiate the sounds of the world but include them all. In other words, when you do not focus or concentrate.

No chanting or reading in scriptures are necessary to hear or feel the vibration that Aum, Sohang and The Word of God symbolizes. It comes to you automatically, when the apparent difference of the vibes in the world does not make a difference, which they does not do, if you do not try to exclude any of them, as if there are more than one. In other words, when you do not focus or concentrate on something specific you are not someone specific but the unpronounceable vibration Aum, Sohang and The Word of God symbolizes. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

The vibration Aum, Sohang or The Word of God symbolizes is not a secret …
… though it appear to be so, if you are searching for an elitist understanding of it rather than actually hearing or feeling the vibration, which can be heard or felt whenever you do not want to hear or feel anything specific in the world.

When you hear or feel the unpronounceable echo of life, the sense of an ´I´ disappears, and so there is nothing to transform.

For ages people have been chanted Aum and Sohang or speculated about the meaning of The Word of God, assuming that if they just kept going on hard enough, the secret behind them would miraculous be revealed. But only the ego does miracles and seduce to believe there is something hidden to be revealed. The oneness of life has nothing to reveal, because there is no more than that which is one – and it takes more than one to reveal something.

Many may already have heard or felt the echo of life coming from the edge of the universe, but as they are biassed towards something mysterious and sensational, they do not pay attention to the very quiet humming, that constantly is there, as without it the universe could not be experienced as if it is there.

It only takes one ´chant´ of Aum or Sohang to hear of feel the echo of life. That is, if you are not looking for peak experiences of an almighty god, love or something mysterious and sensational that can be mentally explained, but are not looking for anything at all.

To hear the echo of life …
… slowly say A-U-M. Say the first two letters AU to tune in and from there on very slowly continue with M, that you hardly speak but rather whisper until you say nothing and there is a gentle humming coming from somewhere in the distance. This is the echo of the oneness of life.

This is the Hindi symbol of ´sohang´– grabbed on the web. <i>The graphic is grabbed from the web</i>.

The Hindi symbol of Sohang is grabbed from the web.

You can also get in touch with this distant humming by saying sohang – eventually combined with listening to the sound coming from the breath. Say so when breathing in, and after a tiny break say hang when breathing out. The so is not really important, except for tuning in. The same applies to the first part of hang. After having said so-ha(n) you remain on (a)ng at the end of breathing out, and then let the sound continue by itself – what remains without you saying anything is the humming, that is the echo of life.

Another way to hear the echo of life is to stop focusing on any sound in particular until you cannot distinguishing the sounds that you hear from each other, so that they turn into one sound, namely the echo that which is one, which is another name for that which is life.

You do not have to pray or meditate in certain postures wearing special clothes or be in a special place to hear the echo of life, neither is stillness and purity inside or outside of you needed, as long as you are devoted to what you are doing. One of the first times I heard the humming from the edge of the universe, I was busy handing out flyers on a pedestrian street, and just like that the sum of all sounds turned into a distant humming that was ´louder ´ than the noisy street, and the sum of all feelings turned everything into one transparent feeling.

Knowing it is there, it is easier to connect with it
When I was a child, I preferred the music from a radio station called Radio Luxembourg. The station was very hard to find on a radio in my country, because it was on a frequency located between two very noisy stations. But as I knew of its existence and also where to look, my determination mixed with the finest subtlety got me there.

And now that you know about the humming of life from the edge of the universe, you should be able in the same manner to tune into it. If there may appear to be too much noise in the head – especially the left side can be full of noise from the working of the brain – listen to your right side without focusing on anything.

Feeling the primeval vibration of the universe.

Feeling touched by the echo of life. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

To feel the echo of life
Apart from hearing the vibration, that Aum, Sohang and The Word of God symbolizes, you can also feel it – especially if you are emotional minded. Just do the same steps as above but put more weight onto feeling it. The feeling of it can be compared to the bodily sensation of drinking Coca-Cola but more subtle and all over the body in a bubbling or tingling way – or like sensing the purring of a cat in your whole body.

In more intense moments it feels like everything is spinning – not just in the body but also outside of it, as if there is no transition between it and the appearances that seems to be outside of it. If going with this flow, you will forget about the body or anything else that is not one, so there is no memory to hide, there is nothing but the oneness of that which is life.

This is in my non teachings called the enlightenment of that which is one, but that is a story for another article, as this one is devoted to the glimpses of it – especially in the form of hearing or feeling the vibration that Aum, Sohang or The Word of God symbolize. See the appendix regarding the enlightenment of that which is one versus glimpses of it.

Feeling or hearing the echo of the primordial vibration is basically the same – like two sides of the same coin. It is not advisable though trying to encompass both at the same time. We are only geared to be fully devoted to one thing at a time. In my case I am more into hearing than feeling, so it took me a long time to feel the echo of life, and when I finally did – after several years – the believe in being someone specific called Alexius was momentarily undone, so there was nothing definable fencing off the aspect of feeling the enlightenment of that which is one.

See Last night I died again from the world, if you want to read about the night I finally died from the outer senses of feeling a world, where there seems to be more than one.

nov-21-davidopeWhat does it sound like?
The sound, that Aum, Sohang or The Word of God symbolizes, can be compared to the sound of a vacuum cleaner. I have heard people complaining about their neighbor, who they think is vacuuming while they are meditating. Most likely though the neighbor is at sleep and you are not hearing the distant sound of their vacuum cleaner but  the distant humming from the edge of the universe that Aum, Sohang or The Word of God symbolizes. When looking for a big and special experience, one may brush off something so simple as the gentle humming coming from nowhere in specific.

The humming can also be compared to the distant sound of the air conditioning in a big spot like a supermarket or an airport. The sound from the waves of the sea is partly reminiscent of this as well.

Now that you know, what Aum, Sohang and The Word of God symbolizes, you can tune into this humming, whenever there is no need for you to appear as if you are someone specific. My approach is the same as when I sometimes check my pocket to hear or feel, if the key to my apartment is still there. After one touch I know, I have the key to my home.

The echo of life originates from nothing
Maybe you may imagine the oneness of life as something very big, but it is smaller than the size of a pencil dot. In fact it has no size, because it is without time and space. That could be why somebody once said, that it is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle, than for a human to go to heaven.

In a world where there seems to be more than one, you got be and have more than others. It can be more in a materialistic, moral or so-called spiritual way. It does not matter, as long as you appear to be good and separated from those judged to be bad, the belief in separation is enhanced and therefore also you as someone definitive.

In order to experience a world where there seems to be more than one, you must constantly look for more. Maybe more power, money, energy, love, peace or simply something larger than life, so the smallness of life seems to be nothing.

But before there was something there was nothing, so everything that appears to be something, do so because of nothing, which means it is everywhere and therefore everything. So when you are nothing, there is no more to be or have, and therefore no such needs.

Life has nothing to give, because life is that which is one and it takes more than one to give something
Let us return to the idea of the so-called secrets of life. What secrets does life hide? None. Did I ask you to buy a book of mine or take a special course to know what Aum, Sohang and The Word of God is a symbol of? No, and neither did I wait until the end of the article to tell you how to hear or feel the echo of life. You got it right away without beating about the bush.

If you have peculiar questions like: What is life and what is the meaning of it, you have separated yourself from it – or rather imagined this to be possible, because separation from that which is one is not possible. To make oneness appear as is not real and separation as it is, you imagine to live in a world where there seems to be more than one, so it is possible to be and have more than one.

But whatever you imagine to get more of, you are bound to lose it, because no imagination lasts. Yet you like to believe, that if you try hard enough, the everlasting secret of life will be revealed especially to you. But life has nothing, because life is that which is one and it takes more than one to have something.

The above article is my way of communicating, how one actually can hear and feel the echo of life. To use ´Aum´ or ´Sohang´ as a stepping stone for that is not a new idea, but so far it has mostly been promoted in mysterious ways by people, who do not hear or feel it themselves, but hope that by repeating those words in some robotic way a miracle will happen.

Neither the word´Aum´ or ´Sohang´ were my entrance to hearing or feeling the vibration, that they symbolize. Since my teenage years I have been used to be ´lifted´ by this humming – for example while watching a movie, having a walk with my parents or sitting all by myself in a park. And so when I was around 40 years old it suddenly dawned on me, that this is what people are trying to reach, when repeating ´Aum´ or ´Sohang´.

This humming, however, cannot be reached. It is rather the humming that reaches you, when you in a split second cross the bridge of hearing something specific into hearing nothing specific, which can happen in the transition between saying one of those words and not saying them. It is the sound of silence – not because it is stillness, but because it silence you, which feels neither like falling or flying.

Even though you and I may appear as very different in a world where there seems to be more than one, what makes it possible for us experience such a world is the same, namely the oneness of life, so when I can hear and feel the echo, of it so can you.

APPENDIX:
To hear or feel the vibration that Aum, Sohang or The Word of God symbolizes is to have a glimpse of the enlightenment of that which is one
As it takes more than one to experience something, the enlightenment of that which is one cannot be experienced. Yet glimpses of it can be experienced in the form of seeing, hearing, feeling or tasting it. In other words, to hear or feel the vibration that Aum, Sohang and The Word of God symbolizes is to have a glimpse of the enlightenment of that which is one.

The next article Beyond the senses – or the outer senses versus the inner ones elaborates on the enlightenment of that which is one versus glimpses of it. Below are links to articles that goes even more in-depth with this:

The journey to the enlightenment of that which is one (updated)

Laughing at the silly that the world of appearances is real.

That which is you is bright white light – and nothing else. It is so intense, that there is nothing to see – not even that the light is bright and white – so if you see something, you are covering the enlightenment of that which one by the belief that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one.

This is a graphic simulation o the black hole, where you are sucked in by an explosion of light, if you do not insist in seeing forms. If you are willing to be burned up by the pure bright light, there is no one to see – neither nothing to see. All there is, is that which is.

This is a graphic simulation of the black hole, where the thought construction that hold you together as if you are someone tangible are left at its edge, so what is not definable is sucked through the black hole by an extremely intense light into that which is one, where there is neither light or darkness. That is, if you do not insist in seeing something definable in the light. If you are willing to burn away, the last thing you see is a black hole and then you are no more. All there is, is the formlessness of one perpetual present. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

The enlightenment of that which is one is not of a world, where there seems to be more than one. It is an echo of that which is one filtered through a black hole either as formless light, ethereal harmony, transparent touch or sweet taste. You are all of these aspects, but as you are that which is one, just one of them at a time. If you as a person is visual minded, that which is you is revealed as light so intensely that you cannot help joining it and being sucked through a black hole into that which is one. This article is about enlightenment of that which is one in general and the next one Life has no secrets is about how to hear and feel the transparent sound, that Aum and Sohang symbolizes.

Landscape in the mist
Have you ever sit in a bath top and discerned glimpses of an adventurous world in the mist of the hot water? And when the mist changes and the world you imagine there disappears, you hold onto the thoughts of something being there, so you can keep this moment and imagine you are part of a special world with exciting creatures living in it. Without your imagination, however, this world is nothing but water.

c144f3b8-8df7-4b10-bcfa-e1d772032323

The world – including what appears to be you – is 1% energy and 99% empty space according to science. In other words, anything experienced as opaque is an imagination and so is the experiencer. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Lost in translation
The above is meant as a metaphor to illustrate how a world where there seems to be more than one can be imagined, so that which is one seems to be hidden behind it. In the context of this metaphor the world is actually nothing but colorless waves of light, that move in an unthinkable speed, so they cannot be dissociated from each others. That is unless you think you see something, because that requires more than one and so everything appears separated.

So by separating waves of light into frequencies and further more imagining them to move in slow motion – in fact hardly any motion – there seems to be noticeable differences, that translated into different thoughts having a specific meaning, which is made tangible by feeling it, so that you seem to experience a world, where the name of each frequency appears to limit them into an opaque form, that differs from other forms in order to make it appear as if differences make a difference.

In oneness nothing is endless, neither does anything have an end. Everything is happening so fast, that it cannot be perceived in linear time. And everything is so close together, that it is impossible to perceive any space in between them. Consequently no differences can be experienced. Time and space does not exist. It is one perpetual present.

In the enlightenment of that which is one there are an infinite numbers of different frequencies, that can be attributed with different meanings if translated into thoughts. Yet the light is so bright that it is impossible to catch a difference, so differences do not make a difference. In that sense all frequencies are formless.

The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Beyond translation
By not caring about collecting specific thoughts to maintain the appearance of you as someone coherent in a world defined by time and space, you open the door to the enlightenment of that which is one. Opening this door is not about doing something, but about not doing what you are doing to hide the bright, bright light.

Because of what is said in the above about thoughts, you may get the idea, that they need to be stopped. But it is not thoughts as such that hide the light of that which is one. It is belief, that the thoughts, you seem to have generated, turn you into be someone definitive.

When you see all thoughts as a symbols of the bright white light, their apparent differences in time and space does not make a difference.

To not do anything, you keep on thinking what you seem to think, but without taking any thought seriously. By not taking any of them seriously, the believe in them as yours cannot be maintained, and you will literally be nothing but a light brighter than anything conceivable. That being said, if there is still the slightest belief in being someone definitive nothing you will not want to be dissolved in the flow of the enlightenment of that which is one. Chances are you right away will return to the world you have constructed of thoughts, as you obviously still believe in one or more of them.

The world is nothing but a construction of thoughts, that seems to have the power to hide that which is one, as long as you believe that they have a meaning.

The world is an construction of thoughts, and even though thoughts are deceptive, you try your best to use them, so that the world appear as supposed to. You have probably already ´corrected´ this image, so The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The world is a construction of thoughts, and even though they are just as meaningless as this image, you try your best to put them together in a way, so that you seem to see a world that makes sense. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Enlightenment or not
The return to that which is one does not involve a transformation of you or the world, but an annihilation of you and the world – at least as seen from a world where there seems to be more than one, because now reality sets in, and reality is that which is one and no more. So if you are into making a better world, to realize your self, coming from the heart, living in the now, being one with the Earth and whatnot, the enlightenment of that which is one is not for you.

Without translating perceived frequencies of the bright white light into thoughts, there is no experience of a world or anything else conceivable, neither an experiencer, and so the bright white light sucks nothing through a black hole into that which is one.

All the gurus stories about bliss, divine presence, higher self or consciousness or whatnot does not apply to that which is one. Their stories may sound very seductive, but it is just another attempt to make a world where there seems to be more than one appear to be real and themselves as somebody important there. Yet that which is one is formless and therefore has no room for somebody or something like bliss, consciousness and whatnot.

NOTE: The bright white light is not of the world and has nothing to do with the light of the sun or any other light in it. No words can describe the enlightenment of that which is one. Frequencies, light and other words in this article are to be compared to street signs, that point towards the formlessness of oneness, but they are not what they are pointing at and in this case they are not meant to imply, there is a distance to go.

To come back to that which is you may feel like a journey, but it is not a real one, because you have never left it. That is not possible. Yet it is possible to believe so – and to undo this belief seems to take time, when you believe to be in a world of linear time.

I am the Destroyer of Worlds! (updated)

Painting with reflections of light on my iPhone

How come I am writing these non teachings? No reason really. Guess just like nature keeps on spreading its seeds here and there, I spread what is coming my way. At the moment it seems to be these non teachings, but just like in nature most of them seem to fall, where they cannot sprout. Maybe I am never gonna see any of them blossom. It is not important though … just like life I freely give away everything and in doing so I receive what I give, namely everything. What more can I ask!

Enlightenment of that which is one is nothing but formless light
Many years ago after a long intense night as a taxi driver all the time on the lookout for  customers, I forgot what and where I was and so there was nothing to hide the enlightenment of that which is one.

In the enlightenment of that which is one there is nothing but bright white light. Everything ´happens´ so fast, that there is no time to think and hold onto concepts of eternity, love, stillness and whatnot.

When I later read The New Testament and Bhagavad Gita there were passages, that triggered memories of the enlightenment of that which is one. The memories are vague though, because Alexius has not experienced it. The enlightenment of that which is one is formless, so nothing definable can enter it. Yet there are vague memories of something indefinable and formless, and so Alexius is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one.

»I have become the destroyer of worlds«
The enlightenment of
that which is one is enlightenment in a very literal sense, like when Jesus said: When your eyes become single your whole body will be full of light – or like St. Paul, when he was blinded by light – or like Arjuna according to Bhagavad Gita said after having been initiated by Krishna: »It is brighter than thousands of suns. I have become the destroyer of worlds …«

A dream can be compared to a simulated world meanwhile layered on top that which is real. As long as you believe the simulated world to be real, it will seem to cover that which is real, as if it does not exist.

The world is not there anymore. Not because it has been destroyed, but just because it was never there – except as an imagination, which is not possible to have in that which is one, as that requires more than one. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

In the enlightenment of that which is one the world is not there anymore. Not because it has been destroyed, but just because it was never there – except as an imagination, which is not possible to have in that which is one, as that requires more than one to imagine something. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

I would not put it like that myself, because there is nobody in the enlightenment of that which is one, neither is there any world to destroy. The world is just not there, and there is no memory of it ever having been there. It is like a dream that is no more, when you wake up in the morning.

The translations of both The New Testament and Bhagavad Gita differs from translator to translator, and as the above quotes are from memory, they may not be the exact words in your addition. But it does not really matter, because regardless how you speak about it, the enlightenment of that which is one cannot be described. In other words, what is said about it in my non teachings should not be taken as the real thing, but pointers towards it.

Imagine you want to describe an orange to somebody, who has never seen or tasted an orange. Maybe you say it has the color of an orange sunset, is round like a ball and taste as sweetened water. Yet the person, that you have given this description, will never find out what an orange is by drinking sweet water from a round cup at sunset.

You have to see and taste it yourself to know what it is – and in terms of the enlightenment of that which is one, you will never know, because a person cannot be enlightened. You as a person is gone in the enlightenment of that which is one. There is nobody there to experience it – that is why it cannot be known.

No god to see in the world and nothing to find
Some think the enlightenment of that which is one is to see god in everyone. This is delusional, there is no god in the world. In the context of god and the world, just think of electricity lightening up a room via a bulb. You see the room due to the power of electricity. Yet you cannot see electricity itself, because it is not in the room illuminated by the bulb. But there is no god either in the enlightenment of that which is one, except if you use the word in its original meaning, namely one perpetual present.

If you return to the world after the enlightenment of that which is one, there is no more need to search for the meaning of life, because you know there is no more than that which is one and so there is no life a world, where it seems to be more than one. Besides to search for something requires more than one, so whatever you think you find is not real.

473ab673-5995-4175-96a8-ef93e44afbe8The freedom to be a person
One who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one has no need to be forgiven or loved, because there is no ´I´ deciding what to do and therefore nobody to forgive or love. But when there is no ´I´ to protect and preserve, there is freedom to pretend being any kind of personality with all the ups and downs a specific personality seems to have.

To make long short: There is no need to keep together an appearance of someone with coherent opinions and behavior. You are free to use the ´I´ as the personality, you fancy. It is simply a tool you use like your leg, hand eyes and so on.

Some personalities I have pretended to be for a while: Child, Teenager, Taxi driver, Monk, Husband, Daddy, Adult, Business Man, Millionaire, DJ, Designer, Teacher, Photographer and recently: Non teacher.

Enlightenment is not of a world where there seems to be more than one
Regarding the enlightenment of that which is one it is best to forget everything you have ever heard or read about it – including what is said in my non teachings. Any idea of any form, that you might think it has, is wrong. It has no form, it is formless. Yet, if you look for something formless, you still look for something – and something has a form. Also you cannot look for it. But when you do not belief to be someone definitive, there is not something definable to hide it. You do not completely have to undo that belief though. Not caring about it will do.

Please note that I am in no way postulating the above statements are the perfect way to put it – there is no such thing as perfection in the world – so if you look for inconsistencies, misspelling or whatever, you may find it, but if you look for pointers to the enlightenment of that which is one, you may also find that.

NOTE: My non teachings talks about two kinds of enlightenment, namely the enlightenment of that which is one, which cannot be experienced, as that requires more than one, and glimpses of it, which is experienced through the inner senses, when the outer ones are partly closed.

Are there degrees in enlightenment? (updated)

Enlightenment can also be felt and heard in several degrees. AUM can open your inner ear.

The enlightenment of that which is one cannot be experienced but glimpses of it can, if you partly let go of the personality. It will seem to happen in degrees, because as long as there appears to be an ´I´ that think it has the power to let go of anything, you hang onto the person, you appear to be in a world where there seems to be more than one. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

The answer to the question in the headline is both yes and no. Before I start to elaborate on this, I like to remind you, that if two people drink the exact same cup of tea, they will most likely describe it differently. Maybe one of them talk about it in very ecstatic way and the other one in very down-to-earth way. Still it is the same tea, so – in the context of this metaphor – please focus on the tea and not the description, when you read this article.

In the enlightenment of that which is one everything happens in such a speed that there is no way for the mind to do its usual thing of labelling and categorizing in order to put everything appear into understandable boxes. This is an after rationalization, because there is nobody in the enlightenment of that which is one to think such a thing or to be aware of the world, so it is just not there.

This enlightenment is not an experience, neither a state, as there is no ´I´ in it to be aware of something, It is that which is one, and there are no degrees of it. How long time it lasts in the context of linear time is not to say, because it is one perpetual present.

To rise again from the dead, as it feels like when returning from the enlightenment of that which is one to a world where there seems to be more than one, you again appear to be someone definitive. Yet, this is not something you believe to be but pretend to be. But whether you believe or pretend to be there, it is something that requires more than one, and so it seems to hide the enlightenment of that which is one. You can compare it to activating an app on your computer or smartmedia. When you do it, the desktop – although still there – is hidden until you turn off the app again.

Alexius is like every other person in the world not perfect. But unlike most others he knows, it is not possible to be perfect, because that requires more than one and there is no more than that which is one.

I was very young when the belief in being someone definitive for the first time momentarily was turned off. I did not know about the enlightenment of that which is one from books or anywhere else, and I do not think I had – what the purist may call – a pure mind or body. I probably still do not have, as the enlightenment of that which is one does not change anything in the world. Nothing is transformed into peace, love, purity or whatever. There is no more than that which is one, so there is not something to transform. That is the revelation of enlightenment – and there are no degrees in that.

Balance is a concept invented, so that you can always feel out of balance and therefore constantly is occupied trying to get it. Being on a mission like that, you do not have time to see that there is no balance in an illusion – neither btw in that which is real. Reality is one and it takes two to have a balance.

Balance is a concept invented, so that you can always feel out of balance and therefore constantly being occupied by trying to get it right. On a mission like that, you do not have time to see that there is no balance in an illusion – neither by the way in that which is real, because reality is one and it takes more than one to be in balance. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Spiritual wannabe´s try to follow special ideas like for example the concept of balance – as if there is any balance in an illusionary world – so that when they have achieved the right balance they are considered spiritual, which they imagine is manifested by them moving at a very slow pace. This state of numbness they have decided is to be in higher consciousness. Yet high consciousness is as illusory as low, as it takes more than one to be have something. If instead they acknowledged, that they do not know what and where they are, the enlightenment of that which is one comes so fast, that the mind has no time to distinguish anything and therefore forget about concepts of spirituality and whatnot.

I have no answer to questions like how come I bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one, or how come I returned to the world again. All I can say is that in this very moment I am writing this article in a world, that seems to be full of degrees. So yes in such a world you can experience degrees of enlightenment. It is not the enlightenment of that which is one though, but glimpses of it.

When I was a child, I was not allowed to see the fully decorated Christmas tree before Christmas eve. Yet I took some sneak peaks through the keyhole in the door and was very amazed by the light I saw. Those sneak peaks can be compared to glimpses of enlightenment. You are still in your normal world from where you experience something very different, but you do not get the whole of it.

In the context of this metaphor, it is not only the beautiful light from all the candles, you experience looking through the keyhole, you can also hear all the glitter move on the green leaves. In fact if you are more audio than visual minded, it might be these sounds, that bliss you out rather than the light.

Apart from the visual and audiovisual aspects of the enlightenment of that which is one, there are also aspects of feeling and tasting it. You do not, however, need to follow all the aspects to come back to that which is the oneness of you. One aspect will do. Personally I have followed the visual and emotional aspect of the enlightenment of that which is one in the non degree version. Yet, as it is one perpetual present, it cannot be brought back into a world of linear time, so there are just vague memories of it.

Glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one is experienced through the inner senses, when the outer ones are partly closed. And just like ordinary experiences there are degrees of them and they can be remembered in the world of the outer senses. These glimpses come to me daily in various degrees of the four aspects of the enlightenment of that which is one. The most easy one – in my case – is the emotional experience of hearing and feeling the sound that Aum or Sohang symbolizes.

It sounds and feels like the vibrations from an enormous vacuum cleaner or the ventilation plant in an airport. I have met people who have heard this humming when meditating, but disregarded it as a sound coming from their neighbor hovering. People are spending so much time repeating Aum or Sohang in expectation of something mysterious to happen, when all they have to do is to repeat it a few times to get in tune with the humming floating on top of the ´end´ of the word. You can read a practical instruction of how to do this in this article.

The word Aum or Sohang can be compared to the control knob on an analog radio, that you use to fine tune into hearing just one station. When you have gotten it, you do not need the control knob – or in this case the word Aum or Sohang to hear the echo of that which is one. If you hear or feel the humming of that which is one, while still aware of the world, it is a glimpse of enlightenment of that which is one, which is revealed in degrees depending on how much you are unaware of a world, where there seems to be more than one.

All degrees of enlightenment are experiences, and any experience is part of the illusion of the world. It seems though, that these degrees of enlightenment brings you closer to the beginning of the world – before the big bang – which often is experienced as a paradise full of ecstasy and bliss. Yet as any all other experiences these also have an end. So does this article.

The mind may expect a conclusion to the above, but there is none – and if you do not try to make one yourself, you are on the way to experience glimpses of enlightenment. You can read how to speed it up in this article.

Enligtenment does not give you more, because there is no more than that which is one (updated)

There is always something wrong with the moments as it is. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

In order to appear as better, the unenlightened always find something wrong with the moments as it is. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

When you are in the rain, you get wet, so wet is what you are in this very moment as someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one. End of story!

If you hate getting wet, then you are wet and full of hate. And if you worry about the rain and your open windows at home, you are a wet and hateful person concerned about the future in this moment – nothing more and nothing less. Period.

The escape of the moment as it is
Maybe due to some ideas or conventions of yours, you are not allowed to hate. So in order to not feel the hate as yours, you exclude it by blaming somebody or something else for causing it. If you are a little bit more advanced, you may try to explain the feeling of hate from a metaphysical point of view, as if it is about transforming negative energy into positive. But this explanation is just another way of disguising, that you want to escape the moment as it is.

You may also try to escape feeling the moment as it is by thinking you are detached from feelings – that they are just something you observe – while the truth is that you deny them, and therefore never are present with the moment as it is.

Detachment is a natural attribute of someone who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one, but it cannot be replicated by the unenlightened

Imitating the tropics by wearing a summer cap and a t-shirt, will not make you warm, if you are living in a cold climate. The warmth does not come from these attributes. Likewise the enlightenment of that which is one is not bid welcome by wearing special clothes, meeting special people at special places, sitting in special postures and whatnot. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Detachment cannot be achieved
Detachment is a natural attribute of someone who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one. But in this enlightenment all being is erased, as it takes more than one to be something and there is no more than that which is one. In other words, it is the end of the belief that it is possible to be and have more than the formlessness of that which is one, so those who assume they are and have something important do not go there, as that will leave them with nothing.

So they rather prefer to imitate the attributes, they have read one who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one has – for example detachment – assuming this will make them able to add the qualities of enlightenment to their being and therefore expand their consciousness.

The enlightenment of that which is one is one perpetual present, so it cannot be brought back in a world of linear time.

There is no more to be or have than that which is one
But the enlightenment of that which is one does cannot expand anything, because it has nothing, as to have something requires more than one. For the same reason the enlightened does not really remember what it is. One thing though is crystal clear: There is no more than that which is one, so a world where there seems to be more than one is an illusion. This memory, however, is of no interest to those who want to expand their consciousness, so that it seems as if they are and/or have more than others.

Inclusion cancels out, that someone specific has included anything specific

By embracing something you appear to expand yourself. In other words, the belief in being someone definitive is enhanced, whereas inclusion diminishes this belief until you are nobody and therefore has nothing to block out the enlightenment of that which is one. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Inclusion does not make you feel more alive in a world where there seems to be more than one. On the contrary. It results in forgetting the included, so that the more you include, the less there is to block out the enlightenment of that which is one.

If you are nobody there is not somebody to bother you.

To embrace instead of include
Only someone special have problems, because to be special you must exclude what you judge not to be special, and what is excluded will bother you until it is completely included. But this you will not do, if you want to be someone special, because being completely inclusive, there is nothing to define you as someone special, neither is there someone to remember what has been included. So instead you embrace it.

The idea of embracing a problem is very popular, as it seems to imply, there is someone special who have accomplished something special by embracing a special problem. In other words, you have become more special, which is the key to be feel proud and consequently more alive in a world where there seems to be more than one.

To not embrace but include
You know there is a feeling that upsets you, and that you would like to get rid of it. If you try to analyse or understand it, you will be able to embrace it in your established belief system, so that it appears getting rid of it expands you. In other words, your belief in being special is enhanced, but as this belief is founded on exclusion, the upsetting feeling has not been included but excluded.

If you do not try to analyse or understand an upsetting feeling, but go with the flow of not knowing what it is, then there is no understanding – just uncertainty, and so there is not someone special to get rid of it, which means it is over and that there is nobody to know what is over. There is just the moment as it is – nothing is missing and nothing needs to be corrected. Consequently there is not something to stop you from bidding welcome the enlightenment of that which is one.

Inclusion leaves nothing to fear (updated)

To appear as someone definitive, you must exclude something. The animation is grabbed from the web.

Exclusion seems to result in something, whereas inclusion gives you nothing.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Anger is just a lid over joy, so if you do not try to get rid of it, but feel it as it is, the result is joy. Even better, if you completely include anger, its contrast joy is automatically included as well. Inclusion though will neither result in anger or joy, but cancel them out, so that you do not appear to be someone definitive, which is the opening the enlightenment of that which is one is waiting for.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

To completely include something is not to feel it, neither to embrace it, but to not understand it and just be it.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

When something is included, you do not know what has been included. Not because it was transformed into something better or higher, but because it is not possible to exclude something, so what you include is nothing. In other words, inclusion undoes the belief in being someone definitive.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

To appear as someone special, you must exclude what you judge not to be special. If this appearance feels claustrophobic, all you need to undo it is to not exclude but include. The more you include, the less there is to define you as someone special. Consequently there is nothing to lose, and therefore no reason to fear the enlightenment of that which is one.

A bird does not sing, because it has an answer. It sings, because it has a song. Chinese Proverb

Why are the oranges falling down from the trees outside my house every year in November? The answer is simply, it is the season for that. Likewise it seems to be the season for Alexius to write an article about bidding welcome the enlightenment of that which is one and the fear that it may involve.

Enlightenment of that which is one is not of a world where there seems to be more than one
The enlightenment of that which is one does not result in some kind of spiritual understanding or connection with a higher being. In fact the enlightenment of that which is one results in nothing, as it takes more than one to be or have something.

As it also takes more than one to return to that which is one, there is no help to get from it. Besides it does not know, that you believe to be in a world where there seems to be more than one. It is not possible, because that which is one is formless and therefore endless, so there is no more than that which is one. But it is possible to imagine being someone specific in a world where there seems to be more than one.

When I read or hear others talk about enlightenment, it often seems to be based on speculations of how to exclude what is judged as bad in order become full of light and joy. But to exclude is to separate and therefore an enhancement of the belief in being someone definitive – and nothing definable can enter the enlightenment of that which is one.

The enlightenment of that which is one can be compared to taking a ride in a fairground carousel so fast, that the mind has to give up seeing any differences at all. Consequently it is not possible to remain as someone definitive and so there is therefore nobody to experience the enlightenment of that which is one. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The enlightenment of that which is one undoes this imagination. Yet it is not an experience, neither a state of mind, or some kind of being or consciousness, as it takes more than one to experience or be something. It can be compared to taking a ride in a fairground carousel moving so fast that the mind have to give up producing an ´I´ that is experiencing it.

Well, there is no mind at all in the enlightenment of that which is one. There is just one bright light. Not a light though that lightens up anything, as that would require more than one. For the same reason there is no memory at all of a world where there seems to be more than one.

In other words, the imagination of being someone definitive is wiped out by the enlightenment of that which is one, so there is nobody left to experience bliss or anything else. Therefore what I am about to tell is not based on my experience of the enlightenment of that which is one, but vague memories of it.

My memories may seem to imply, the enlightenment of that which is one is a sequence of events happening in linear time, but that is only because one perpetual present cannot be described in a world of linear time. And even though it is described as it ´happened´ many years ago, in non-linear time it is still ´happening´. In other words, my description may be a mix of several ´excursions´ from linear time into one perpetual present.

On an early morning, when I was 22 years old, I bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one after having intensely worked as a taxi driver for about 15 hours. Somehow the sum of the after images from driving around the streets constantly looking for customers turned the world into something less definable and more blurry. My mind gave up focusing and was automatically drawn by a spiralling show of psychedelic light, that did not seem to come from anywhere.

All info of someone definitive is extracted by either the light, sound, feeling or taste of the enlightenment of that which is one, so that there is nobody to be sucked through a black hole into the formlessness of that which is one, where there is neither chaos or order, as that would require more than one. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

All info of someone definitive is extracted by either the light, sound, feeling or taste of the enlightenment of that which is one, so that there is nobody to be sucked through a black hole into the formlessness of that which is one, where there is neither chaos or order, as that requires more than one. Most though try to avoid loosing their identity by identifying the black hole as something definitive, so that they remain someone definitive as well and cannot be sucked into the formlessness of that which is one. If so they are not bidding welcome the enlightenment of that which is one, but just having glimpses** of it. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The enlightenment of that which is one is to be compared to the fusion of all lights, or sounds, or emotions, or tastes – depending on our preference as someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one.

None of these fusions are the formlessness of that which is one. They are merely tools for attracting you to the extent, that you do not fight it, when all the thoughts collected to fabricate your personality are extracted by it, so that there is not something definable to be sucked through a black hole into the formlessness of that which is one.

This article is about the first time the belief in being someone definitive momentarily was undone for Alexius, so the enlightenment of that which is one was bid welcome. It is the most known aspect* of it, namely light, that was bid welcome. Later its other aspects* – sound, emotion and taste –was also bid welcome. Not as a mix though  but one by one. It is not possible to mix something in the enlightenment of that which is one, as that requires more than one.

I assume it is not necessary to bid welcome all the aspects* of the enlightenment of that which is one, but that one of them is sufficient in regards to completely forget the imagination of a world where there seems tl be more than one.

Suddenly a black spot with no fixed location, neither a fixed form, looking like a horse head or an embryo showed up. And then a completely colorless light – brighter than the colored light outside the black spot – started to show as a ring inside the edges of the black spot, that must have been a hole, because the ring of colorless light exploded out of it.

This light took over everything, as it was everywhere and yet nowhere. And just like that extracted the concept of Alexius and a world where there seems to be more than one and left it at the edge of the black hole – I guess – so it could suck the nothingness of me through the it into the formlessness of that which is one. Not certain about being sucked through a black hole, but it seems plausible, because there is a sense of forever falling while at the time floating in a space that was not there – and then in the exact same moment as forever falling there was nothing.

Sorry, but I do not have more to tell. At this point the enlightenment of that which is one is over, and there is nothing but the formlessness of that which is one, as it is called in my non teaching, but which I cannot describe, because it is literally nothing – not even empty space.

There is nothing to disturb you in that which is one, because there is no more than one. It is so simple compared to the peace fabricated in a world where there seems to be more than one, as that is always based on having to exclude something disturbing.

The enlightenment of that which is one is not peaceful or quiet in itself. But as the tremendous speed of it makes it impossible to differentiate anything, the conception of separation is not possible, so there is not something to see, neither anyone to see this. Consequently stillness is not needed. Fortunately, because it is extremely messy – and then again all the noise is so loud, that it merge into one sound, all lights into one light, all emotions into one feeling and all tastes into one taste. Yet they lasts no time.

This is not to be understood as the enlightenment of that which is a mix of light, sound, emotion and taste. These are four aspects* of it, but you only bid one of them welcome at a time. It does not matter which one of them. They all have the same purpose. Namely to attract you to such an extent, that you cannot help but let them extract all thoughts making it appear as if you are someone definitive and leave them at the edge of a black hole, so that there is nothing definable to be sucked through it into the formlessness of that which is one.

It is of course a metaphor to say, that which is one is on the other side of a black hole, because it is formless, so there is no end to it, and what has no end is everything and therefore no size, inside or outside.

Dunno if there is a spiral around the black hole of the enlightenment of that which is one, because being that close nothing seems to differ from each other. Yet for a moment so short, that it is not conceivable, a light inside the edge of the black hole so much brighter that the very bright light around it, suddenly explodes into a formless light that does not include Alexius but the formlessness of that which I am. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

I seem to remember a spiral around a black hole in the enlightenment of that which is one. I do not remember it exactly as in this image – either because everything was moving so fast or I was so close that nothing seemed to differ from each other. Yet for a moment so short, that it is not conceivable, a light inside the edge of the black hole – so much brighter that the very bright light around it – suddenly like thousands of atomic bombs exploded into a formless light that erased anything definable, so what ´happened´ after being sucked by this light through a black hole I cannot tell, neither can I find any image on the web that can illustrate the vague memories of the nothingness of everything. Fortunately you can go there yourself – or rather stop going anywhere. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The enlightenment of that which is one is unexplainable
When the belief in being Alexius momentarily was undone and the enlightenment of that which is one was bid welcome, I had never seen a black hole before (and fortunately I did not see it in the enlightenment of that which is one, as otherwise I would have been kicked back to a world defined by time and space), so describing the entrance to that which is one as a black hole is done in retrospect.

In fact it was not before much later, when I saw pictures of black holes from far out in the universe, I sensed how familiar they were to me – cannot find words for it, but that which I am is not in a world where there seems to be more than one, because there is no more than that which is one, and that which I am is no different from that. Not in the sense though, that I am something. There is nothing to be in the formlessness of that which is one, as that requires more than one.

The enlightenment of that which is one cannot be explained in a world, as it takes more than one to explain something

Describing the enlightenment of that which is one in a world where there seems to be more than one is not possible, because even though so much is happening nothing is happening, as there is no time. It is one perpetual present.

To bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one, you of course do not have to drive a taxi all night or be in ´a deep sleep´ like I think Buddha described it. Whatever way you lose focus or stop defining and labelling will do in regards to bidding welcome the enlightenment of that which is one. Meditation though may work against this, because many use it to concentrate and focus, so they can achieve something specific – and anything definable fence of the enlightenment of that which is one.

The return from that which is one to a world where there seems to be more than one
How come Alexius returned to a world where there seems to be more than one after the enlightenment of that which is one? According to legend Buddha returned out of compassion for others. If this is the case for Alexius, he is not aware of it. But why should he return out of compassion for others, when there is no more than that which is one.

You must come emptyhanded.

Jesus, who also seemed to return, said that going to heaven – assuming that by going there meant to bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one – is more difficult than for a camel to go through an eye of a needle. And in ancient scriptures of India it is often said, that you have to come empty-handed.

It seems, that a person momentarily can forget to uphold the believe in being someone definitive, so that there is not something definable to go through the eye of a needle into the enlightenment of that which is one – but it also seems, this eye of a needle is just big enough for a slight leftover of the belief in being someone definitive to pass through, and that this little piece will fear being completely annihilated by the formlessness of that which is one. To defend itself against this, it hangs onto anything that it can define as something, and by doing so you are back as someone definitive in a world defined by time and space, where things happens at such a slow speed, that there is plenty of time to realize, there is nothing to fear, if you do not believe to be someone definitive, as then there is nothing to annihilate.

We cannot know how come Buddha and Jesus returned to a world where there seems to be more than one in order to appear as if they were somebody specific there, but from also having returned I know there is nobody to help in such a world and nothing to heal but the sick belief, that something appearing to be definable can block out the formlessness of oneness.

Guess I wanted to be reestablished as someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one, so I could escape what I perceived to be a relentless power taking away my free will and totally wipe out what I seemed to be, which is also true as seen from the point of believing to be someone definitive, but if you do not uphold this belief at all there is no free will to take away or anybody conceivable to wipe out – and therefore nothing to fear.

Seen from the perspective of that which is one, which is only possible metaphorically speaking as it takes more than one to see something, nothing is taken away or wiped out, because there is no more than that which is one.

Fearing something as if it is outside of yourself is only possible, because you believe to be and have more than that which is one. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Without the belief in being someone there is no annihilation to fear
Fear of annihilation, as talked about in the above, is often related to an authority problem. In my case I perceived my father and later other authority figures as somebody determined to take away my free will and incorporate me as a satellite in their world.

If such a perception is correct or not is not the matter. Freedom is only a problem, if you have chosen to believe, that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one by appearing as someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one. Without this belief there is no more than that which is one, and therefore not somebody to take away anything from someone definitive.

It is not possible though to completely stop believing that you are someone definitive, while appearing to be in a world where there seems to be more than one, because otherwise it would not appear to be there. It is also not possible to solve all unsolved issues with others, as being someone specific is based upon having those problems.

But it is possible to realize, that problems are simply something you pretend to have in order to appear as someone definitive, so when the enlightenment of that which is one exposes them, there is no reason to take the fear of being annihilated by an omnipresent power serious, because the problems are not yours but something you pretend to have.

Another very simple way to undo the belief in being someone specific is to see everything in a world where there seems to be more than one as symbols of that which is one. When you as a person in the world is nothing but a symbol, it is not fearful when this symbol is erased by the enlightenment of that which is one, so only that which it symbolizes is left. You can read more about this in the theme To see symbols of life in the world, which you can find by clicking the list of themes.

To see that being someone definitive is nothing but make-believe, you must first acknowledge, that you think, you know what and where you are – and that you therefore are mistaken.

The fastest way to undo the belief in being someone at all is to realize that you do not know what and where you are. When there is not someone to be conscious about someone definitive, there is nothing to lose or let go off.

The above ways of undoing the belief in being someone definitive does not require enlightenment. It definitely helps, but the despair of appearing to be someone in a capsule of time and space is just as good a prerequisite.

How come it seems, that I am wearing a sun-hat?It could be that,it is the season for hats.

A season for everything
That there is a way to undo the belief in being someone definitive, may be an obstacle in itself, because ultimately speaking there is nothing to undo and nobody to return to the formlessness of oneness, as there is no more than  that which is one. So maybe Alexius just appeared to return from the enlightenment of that which is one to a world where there seems to be more than one, because it was the season for such an imagination. And maybe one day it is the season imagination is over, so that there is no imagination to hide the unimaginable, namely that which is one. Do not know, and it does not really matter, because there is no more than that which is one, regardless seasons or whatever else imagined that requires more than one.

*) This article is about the most known aspect of the enlightenment of that which is one, namely light. Whatever aspect comes to you when the enlightenment of that which is one is bid welcome depends on your preferences as someone definitive – if you for example are very visual, light is what is coming to extract all definable traits of yours, so that there is not something to be sucked through a black hole into that which is one. You can read about the other aspects in the article Last night I died again from the world and in the articles in the above list.

NOTE: This article about the enlightenment of that which is one and the fear of it shall in no way be taken as my thoughts about the truth, or some conclusions I have made based on experiences, readings or lectures. I do not thrust experiences and hardly ever read books or attend lectures, but most of all I cannot think! In other words, this article does not consists of thoughts of mine, but the thoughts passing that passed by a moment long time gone. That is all.

Devotion to imperfection leads to perfection (updated)

Devotion makes the world fade away and what is left is that which is. You do not need a guru, a mantra to be devoted. You just need to follow your natural instinct of loosing that which is not you. This will happen automatically, when you devote yourself to whatever you are deeply attracted to, it may be a mundane thing like a cat, the body of a person, a video game or something less mundane like an angel.

No appearance in the world is perfect or will ever become perfect, but if you devote yourself to whatever appearance, that you may feel attracted to, you will become, what you already are, namely the perfection that makes it possible to perceive imperfection.

Devotion is the gateway to the inner senses, that are the gateway to the formlessness of oneness (updated)

Physically speaking you cannot be together with the person on this pic in this very moment, but if the pic seems to trigger an attraction in you, and you devote yourself to that, your world may start to crack. Through the cracks you will sense, what you are really attracted to, namely the spirit of that which is one.

Physically speaking you cannot be together with the woman you probably perceive to be in the image, but if she seems attractive to you, and you devote yourself to that, your world may start to crack. Through the cracks you will sense, what you are really attracted to, namely something less tangible. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

If you think or feel, that you are in love with just one person, you are wrong. What you are experiencing is not love but attraction. The nature of love is to love everything, whereas attraction is single-minded. But there is nothing wrong with following the latter, provided you do not try to change it into a love relationship.

Attraction in itself is a gateway to a less tangible world, because that is where the not so tangible feeling of attraction comes from. It is not important what the form, that you feel an attraction towards, looks like. What matters is, that you really indulge in the attraction and totally devote yourself to the object of your attraction. This might lead to sex, which experience wise also is part of a less tangible world – especially orgasm – but that is another story.

Because I am not talking about approaching the object of your attraction, but simply remain in the attraction itself by letting your mind being sucked into the desire for the object of your attraction, so that the flow of it leads to a lofty state of mind, where you do not bother about physicality.*

You and the one you are attracted to may be worlds apart physically and mentally speaking, or the other one may not even notice you or it is simply not possible to be together due to social conventions. But that is good. Because on no account it is about trying to manifest a relation* with the object of your attraction – if it happens so be it – but to follow an attraction so intense, that the world of the outer senses cracks and the world of the inner senses comes crawling out of them.

The world of the inner senses is in no way the same as the formlessness of oneness. Yet it is a gateway to it, provided you do not mistake the inner senses for spirituality but perceive it as a less tangible level of a world defined by time and space.

The above about attraction also applies to repulsion or other emotions. Devotion is the key.

How devotion led to my non teachings
In a way the kick starter to writing my non teaching was an attraction to the body of a young woman, who were changing her clothes in front of me on a sunny trip in the Mediterranean Sea. Instead of being ashamed of my physical attraction to a woman much younger than me, I dived deep into the flow of the attraction itself. Physically speaking nothing happened between us and I have never seen her again. But later that day, there was a breakthrough to the voice behind these non teaching.

This voice does not come from a physical being but a rather transparent energy, that can be compared to an ascended master – not one of those ´rosy´ ones though, who want you to help them making a merry-go-round world. Gudruång – spoken with a soft ´d´ and ending in an echo of the enlightenment of that which is one – that I call this energy, have no need of saving the world. On the contrary, the purpose is to undo the belief in a world defined by time and space.

Ultimately there is no such world, neither Gudruång, Alexius or you – there is nothing but the formlessness of that which is one. But while we believe to be in a world defined by time and space, we all seem to be someone definitive, so in that context Gudruång and Alexius are talked about as two different appearances, but in reality they are not.

I do not force my will upon my cat, but they often choose to follow it. This does not mean they are channeling me or following a higher voice. But that they sense I want to take care of them in the best way possible, as if they are a part of me. Likewise Gudruång wants to take care of me, as if we are part of each other, although – just like my cats and I – we are very different in terms of appearances but not in terms of content.

Are my non teachings channelled?
My non teachings are not channeled from Gudruång. It is rather that Gudruång is writing them without my personality interfering. Well, ideally speaking it is like that, but as Gudruång does not know a written language like this, the writings depend on me knowing it, and as the formlessness of oneness is wordless, I have to search for words to use for something that literally cannot be expressed, so sometimes when I am short of words, part of an article may be colored by my personality – especially the endings, because I am somehow conditioned to look for happy endings in a world defined by time and space.**

Yet it seems, that a happy ending for Gudruång is when there is no more memory of such a world, so there is nothing definable to hide the formlessness of that which is one. Consequently there is nothing definable to pay for my non teachings. They are totally free*** and there is nobody, you need to follow.

*) The message of this article is not, that you always must avoid having a physical relation. There is a season for everything.
