Someone who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one knows nothing but there is no more than that which is one

Someone who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one knows, there is no more than the formlessness of that which is one. Most others think there must be more.

This does not mean that someone who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one knows about heaven or nirvana, how to unite with atman or god, be full of bliss or to transcend the self and whatnot. For someone like that it seems as a waste of time to obtain such states of mind, as to know, unite, transcend or be something requires more than one and therefore remains within the illusion of a world where there seems to be more than one.

In that context someone who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one prefers googling for how and where to get good food, clothes and other practical things, that make it more comfortable to pretend being in a world where there seems to be more than one a world, instead of trying to escape it by learning about kundalini, states of bliss and whatnot. Someone who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one knows, there is nothing to escape, because there is no more than that which is one.

Being grounded, wise or anything else are not attributes of someone who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one, because someone like has no need to be anything specific.

Therefore someone like that do not care for abstract ideas of nirvana, higher states of consciousness and whatnot. And when using words like ego, personality, duality, non-duality and oneness, it is without knowing what they are. Words are just something, that has been learned in order to be able to communicate in a world where there seems to be more than one and not to promote itself as someone special.

Yet someone who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one has no idea about what the world is, as it is in the eye of the beholder, and what is behold cannot be trusted. It is all make-believe.

Neither does someone like that knows the formlessness of that which is one, because it takes more than one to know something. Yet someone like that knows what everybody else in a world where there seems to be more than one also know, namely that such a world is unreal. But even though it has not been possible to verify the creation of the world and Quantum Physics basically says, that it does not exist unless you look at in, most suppress that it is make-believe.

In other words, most things said and done in the world is based on denial, whereas the foundation for what someone who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one seems to say and do is that a world where there seems to be more than one is not real, because there is no more than that which is one.

Consequently there is nobody writing this, and therefore no personality with a need to fabricate a consistent article written by someone special. This does not mean that there are no personality, because in a world where there seems to be more than one it is as necessary as the body. Yet there is nobody identified with the personality, neither the body.

Someone who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one takes part in the world where there seems to be more than one in the same way that a televison takes part in it. Whatever is receives it plays out. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Someone who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one takes part in a world where there seems to be more than one in the same way that a television takes part in it. Whatever it receives it plays out. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Someone who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one does not feel alienated, when taking part in a world where there seems to be more than one, because someone like that does not believe to be there, as there is no more than that which is one. Yet someone like that is not taking part in the world in order to be or to have something. In fact someone like that does not know that there is something to be or have, because all what is known is that there is no more than that which is one. This is not the same, however, as that which is one is known. It cannot be known, as it takes more than one to know something.

The personality, however, still carries out its duty, namely to collect info that seems to prove, the experience of a world where there seems to be more than one is real. But as there is no identification with the personality, the apparent differences that the it points out in the world are met with indifference. Hence they do not make a difference, and separation makes no sense. In other words, there is no more than that which is one.

This is not something that has been realised by someone who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one. Not knowing and yet knowing that there is no more than that which is one is a natural state of someone like that.

NEW THEME: Notes about enlightenment, ego and whatnot

The ego likes to give the impression, that it can help you getting more, whether in a so-called spiritual or materialistic way. Yet you never get anything but the need for more. This need, however, you already had. It was because of that you invented the ego, so it seems, that although that which is you is no different from the formlessness of that which is one, it is possible to be and have more than that which is one. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Both someone who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one and someone who is not knows nothing. Those not to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one, however, do their best to act as if they know a lot, whereas someone who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one has no such need, as the apparent differences in a world where there seems to be more than one is not perceived to make a difference, and so there is nothing to know – except of course that there is no more than the formlessness of that which is one.

So whether you think, that you know, why it is raining, why you or somebody else do this or that, what you think you know is an illusion, as it takes more than one to know something and the formlessness of that which is one is everything, because what is formless is endless.

From this follows that to love or help somebody, just like everything else in a world where there seems to be more than one, is an illusion, and therefore an attribute of the ego.

Everything that requires more than one is an attribute of the ego. Yet attributes of the ego can be used to having the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one undone, if that is the purpose of using them. See the themes Pretending to be a person in part 1 of my non teachings, To see symbols of life in the world in part 2, Inclusiveness is a perfect moment in part 3 or Alone together is the key to that which is one in part 5. You cab find these themes in the table of contents.

Using the attributes of the ego to have the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one undone takes time. But in the process you can enjoy the attributes of the ego as well, whereas there is nothing to enjoy in the fastest way possible, namely the enlightenment of that which is one, as it takes more than one to enjoy anything. Besides it takes no time, as there is no time in that which is one. See the theme From the inner senses through a black hole into that which is one, that you can find in the table of contents in part 4 of my non teachings.

In a world, where there seems to be more than one, consistency is a fabrication (updated)

The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The photo is grabbed from the web.

Going back to that which is you can be compared to a trip to the top of a mountain, where my non teachings is like an aerial cableway helping you to get to the top. The aerial cableway, however, is not able to take you all the way, so at a certain point you must leave it behind and continue on your own.

When high and low, past and future, giving and receiving, within and without is the same the ego is crucified. Read the coming theme The crucifixion of the ego

When high and low, past and future, giving and receiving or within and without is the same the ego is crucified. A coming theme ´The crucifixion of the ego´ is exploring this. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The  final stretch to that which is one may seem cold and lonely. Any kind of luggage, whether it appears to be so-called spiritual, emotional or mental, must be left behind, so there is not something to support you, as that requires more than one.

What you do not leave by yourself will appear to be taken from you, until the ego – another name for god, soul, consciousness or anything else definable – is crucified, so that there is no more than the formlessness of that which is one.

The way to leave everything behind is not to exclude specific thoughts and feelings but include them as they are. Exclusion of thoughts and feelings is the way to become something, whereas inclusion is to not become anything at all, because without anything excluded there is nothing to define you – and only as nothing can you bid welcome the formlessness of that which is you.

Besides, when everything is included you cannot feel alone. Neither do you need any help, as you have everything.

In other words, when my non teachings have served their purpose, you leave them behind so you can continue on your own. To hold onto them or anything else is like trying to put the aerial cableway in your rucksack, when you continue on your own.

In the reality of that which is one, it is not possible to fabricate anything, as that requires more than one. In other words, consistency is a fabrication.

In the above metaphor not all the qualities of an aerial cableway can literally be transferred to my non teachings. An aerial cableway needs to function in a consistent way and my non teachings has no such need. There is no consistent way to undo the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one, as consistency is a fabrication based on excluding the formlessness of that which is one. Also the whole way and the last stop of an aerial cableway is mapped out, but my non teachings has no specific way scheduled for you to follow. You just go the flow.

Whenever you seem to see more than one or see anything at all, you are hallucinating, because it takes more than one to see something and you are that which is one.

Whenever you seem to experience more than one, you are hallucinating, as it takes more than one to see something and that which is you is not different from that which is one. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Alexius is not supposed to be followed. He is just a messenger, who´s function is to render himself superfluous, so that you can go with the flow of the message until you see, it is your belief in a world where there seems to be more than one, that hides the formless oneness of that which is you. Undoing this belief, you are on your own, as you always have been and always will be, because there is no more than that which is one.

If you after reading this theme and the previous one Being a medium for the inner breath, inner and outer senses are automatically synchronized feel connected with the inner breath and have glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one, you have may have come to the last stop of my non my aerial cableway – and so this is could be the last article of my non teachings for you.

But if it feels like you still have some way to go in my aerial cableway of undoing the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one, you are most welcome to go on reading the next theme Notes about nothing from one who is nothing or another theme of my non teachings. See the tables of contents.

ON A PERSONAL NOTE: Alexius has finally understood these non teachings. Well, they are not understandable. What he has understood is that he needs no more in a world where there seems to be more than one, to know that there is no more than that which is one.

Yet it seems the publishing of non teachings goes on, as there is more than 300 unpublished articles. It also seems, that the published ones will be reread and updated, so if you have the time and energy to help correcting them in regards to grammar and typos, please send a mail.

The function of the inner breath is to ignore the ego (updated)

f7af3ace-e27c-4d3c-860e-fc7e16452283

The function of the inner breath is to erase all experiences of the past, as they are the base for what you think you are experiencing now, so that there is no more to experience and therefore not something definable to hide the formlessness of that which is you. The animation is grabbed from the web.

»When you express yourself from your pure essence it comes back to you in bigger and unexpected ways« This is a typical quote from so-called spiritual people, who though they consider themselves better than others just like them follow the egos craving for more.

From what I have skim read on the internet most so-called spiritual teachings are about growth and transformation from which you are supposed to get more love, more peace, more stillness or whatever you think is gonna turn you into someone who is more than others. You are also promised more energy and power from for example living in the now, which you are promised to be in the future after mastering specific techniques of self-control, that will make your body more strong and last much more.

It is not possible to be someone definitive, because the reality of that which is you is the formlessness of that which is one, and what is formless is endless. In other words, it is everything, so if you believe to be someone definitive, you are dreaming – and nothing in a dream can grow or be transformed by will, because there is nobody there.

If the techniques suggested for being and having more does not work as promised – and they never do – you are told to become more pure via some obscure diet or to think more positive by exercising more self-control. But no matter how much more you do, it is does not bring about more growth or transformation.

According to body psychology a person with the corners of mouth turned downwards have a tendency to depression, and if so it is obvious that Amma looks for happiness and needs to hug so many people to feel happy. A person with this or any other personality does not need to change or improve it, because the problem is not the personality. The problem is that you belief it is you. No worries. The inner breath undoes this belief – not with the result of happiness though but indifference to feeling happy or not. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

»It is said that the lifespan of a butterfly is only a few days to a week. Yet how joyously it flies around! It spreads delight and happiness to everyone. Our lives should be like this«. This quote from Amma clearly shows, that most so-called spiritual people have the same wish as everybody else in a world where there seems to be more than one, namely to be something they are not. Happy is not something you can be in such a world, neither somewhere else, because that which is you is no different from the formlessness of that which is one, and it takes more than one to be happy or be anything at all.

You need the ego, an tv, a spouse or whatnot to blame for your state of mind, so that something appearing to be outside of you seems to bear bear witness to your existence. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The ego needs you to believe, there is something bad outside of you – television, society, your boss and whatnot – that is to be blamed for how you appear to be, so that something different from you seems to be the cause of your appearance and consequently is a witness to the existence of you as someone definitive. That is unless you go with the indifference of the inner breath, because then the apparent difference between inside and outside makes no difference. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Growth or transformation is an idea of the so-called ego. It wants you to always strive for being or having more, as doing so attest to you being someone definitive. Yet it is not possible to be someone at all, because that which is you is no different from that which is one and it takes more than one to be or have something.

From this follows that the ego – just like everything else in a world where there seems to be more than one – is make-believe. Nothing in such a world can be seen, if not contrasted by something, so to experience yourself as someone you must imagine being contrasted by someone, for example the ego. Imagining the existence of such a thing, it seems as if it bears witness to your existence.*

You do not feel validated as someone special unless there is drama around you, so are not looking for peace but shit, because you feed from those you judge to be monsters.

Anything can be used to meet this purpose. Often a spouse or some kind of an authority figure is used to witness, that specific thoughts and feelings proves you that you someone special – and by imagining, that the ego or others that are judged to be outside of you are the cause of these thoughts and feelings, you also seem to prove, that there is more than one. That is unless you go with the indifference of the inner breath, because then the apparent difference between inside and outside makes no difference.

Only what appears to have a form can be changed. Yet what is not formless does not exist, because formlessness is endless and consequently everything. In other words, if you want to be and have more you have forgotten, that which is you is no different from the formlessness of that which is one.

This image is just one of many cries for more posted on the internet, where it seems most seriously believe that more is the solution to happiness.

This image, that somebody has posted on the internet, is just one of many cries for more. The ego promises, that more is the way to happiness, and it seems to be very succesful in making you believe, more is the solution to sadness – but less succesful in fulfilling its promise.

The function of the inner breath is to erase the belief that a world where there seems to be more than one is real
In my non-teachings you are not advised to exert self-control or do something to grow or be transformed. Becoming or having more is an illusion. There is no more than the formlessness of that which is one, because formlessness is endless and therefore everything.

Consequently my non teachings are solely about undoing the belief, it is possible to be and have more than which is one.

A pencil cannot undo what it has written, but an eraser can undo what the pencil has written. Likewise you cannot undo what you appear to be, but the inner breath can.

Undoing this belief is not something that you can do by avoiding to be and have more, trying to stop thoughts, surrendering to something higher or letting go of this and that, because doing so establishes you as someone definitive. The inner breath, however, slowly but surely erases all experiences, so that there is not someone definitive experiencing anything, which means it is not possible to believe being and having more than the formlessness of that which is one.

The ins and outs of the inner senses (updated)

84c027e7-78f2-48fd-a6fe-7861dbbac405

There is no structure in the inner breath like there is in the world of the outer senses, where everything is organized into good and bad, so it seems that the world is divided in right and wrong. But it requires much focus to continuously uphold these judgment, so it is very relaxing instead to let the inner breath take over and be an automatic gear between the world of the outer and inner senses. In this way the relaxation you get from not having to focus in the abstract world of the inner senses becomes the foundation for perceiving the apparent stressing world of the outer senses. The animation is grabbed from the web.

It may seem frightening to not give your full attention to the structured world of the outer senses, and instead be in automatic gear via the unstructured flow of the inner breath. This fear though is unfounded, because without the constant control, that is needed to keep the world of the outer senses organized in the way you expect it to be, you can have a laid-back life in the world of the outer senses while being guided by the inner breath.

To keep up the appearance of being someone specific you must always be vigilant towards what others think. Yet you do not know, what they think. It is something you think, they think. In other words, it is nobody else than yourself, that you are up against.

It will guide you back and forth between the outer and inner senses, so that the relaxation you get from the world of the inner senses, which contrary to the outer senses is not based on control, will be the basis of how the world of the outer senses is experienced.

The inner breath can be felt within the non definitive borders of a ball like thing with the lower part of it passing through the abdomen or the stomach and the upper through the head or above it. The swing of the inner breath, that may be the most felt aspect of it, is shaped like a curved yin yang line – but less curved and not with a definitive form – within this ball. It can be felt inside the body swinging from the back to the front of it or up and down, but it can also be felt swinging from side to side and everywhere in between these directions.

Sensing all directions of the swing simultaneously is like feeling no swing at all – as if the world stands still. Mostly though it is the swing from the back to the front of the body that is felt, maybe combined with the up/down swing. The swing may be felt in the abdomen, stomach or chest or all places at once.

Gabby

The inner breath can be felt in many ways, among others like riding on two big waves in alignment with the rhythm of the breath.

The swing of the inner breath is powered by an extreme fast and chaotic energy, that is sensed both inside and outside the body within the non definitive borders of the ball that make up the inner breath, as if it is going here, there and everywhere without going anywhere. It feels like being a transparent fountain of joy. Going around the non definitive border of the ball feels like surfing two waves formed like the two parts of an yin yang sign (with no dots in it). In general you just feel one of aspects of the inner breath at a time. But maybe you feel aspects, I have not sensed yet.

This article, however, is not about the inner breath, so if you want a more detailed explanation of What does the inner breath feel like read that article, or read Take-offs to the inner breath for connecting with it, or The nature of the inner breath to learn about its purpose. But now onto the subject of this article, namely the inner senses.

Fearing the inner breath is not unfounded, if you want to remain as someone specific in a world defined by time and space, because the inner breath guides you into the world of the inner senses, where you cannot remain as someone definitive.

So if you fear the inner breath, you know it is because you believe to be someone definitive, and as this belief is undone by the inner breath, there is nothing to fear if you connect with it.

Personal experiences in the world of the inner senses
In my case the main period for mostly experiencing the world of the inner senses and having glimpses of enlightenment is when going to bed. Feeling the connectedness with the inner breath quickly transports me into the world of the inner senses – not to the extent though that I leave the world of the outer senses, but that it gets minimum attention. How little differs. At times it is not just a little but quite much with lots of thoughts and emotions rushing around, but here is a description of a night where most of the awareness is on the world of the inner senses.

Please do not ask me, where the border between the inner and outer senses are. The inner breath takes care of the switch between them, so I am not aware of it.

Laying in the bed with a sleeping mask* on and earphones with triple flange sleeves* plugged into my ears the transparent sound of the inner breath** seems to transport me into worlds of light, where lucid flowers or whole universes unfold rapidly or very slowly until thoughts or feelings are trying to surface and sleep sets in. Going into deep sleep, the visions of light continue, and when I wake up early in the morning they turn into ethereal harmonies.

It does not seem exciting to me anymore to travel in worlds of light. I am rather naturally attracted to leaving everything behind and as nothing sucked though a black hole into that which is one. It seems though, that I am to return in order to complete my non teachings. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

It seems like ages ago when I enjoyed traveling in worlds of light. I rather leave everything behind and as nothing float though a black hole into that which is one. It seems though, that writing my non teachings is my way of leaving everything behind. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Well, actually it is many years ago the glimpses of enlightenment were exciting journeys in enchanted worlds of light. Nowadays I do not care much for such visions, that mostly are exciting because they are recognizable, so instead it is visions of abstractness. That is until they swirl together around a black hole, which is neither exciting or relaxing. It just is.

The vibration, that Aum or Sohang symbolizes***, is another aspect of the enlightenment of that which is one, that can be experienced through the inner senses. In my case it pops up every now and then during the day as a natural extension of the inner breath. The taste of the enlightenment of that which is one also pops up – like for example now that I am writing about it..

Enlightenment of that which is one is impersonal, but the vague memories of it is filtered by the personality, that is not able to embrace it as one perpetual present, so it is described as a personal experience in time and space. Glimpses of enlightenment is solely a personal experience.

Eyes cannot see – they translate, or it is rather the brain that translate all the otherwise meaningless info it receives through the eyes according to how it is conditioned to see the world. If it receives info that does not fit into its image of the world, it twist it until it does. In other words, you have no idea about what is written in this article or what is in the world. If you acknowledge this you do not need to read my non teachings, because this acknowledgement bids welcome the enlightenment of that which is one. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Acknowledging this is to bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

You do not know what is written in this article, because what you think you read is colored by your interpretation
Be aware that the above is how Alexius experiences the world of the inner senses, when the world of the outer senses gets less attention or absolutely none. But just like you and I are probably experiencing things in the world of the outer senses differently, the same may apply to the glimpses of enlightenment from the world of the inner senses – and regarding the enlightenment of that which is one our vague memories of it most likely is selective.

In other words, the descriptions you get in my non teachings of the enlightenment of that which is one and the glimpses of it are not meant to be absolute. Besides you have actually not read my descriptions, but your interpretations of them.

The night can be full of restless dreams, that seem very real, until I quietly wake up to the sound of ethereal music, that cancels out the confusion of the night, so full of clarity I get out of the bed.

Neither are my experience the same every night. Some nights thoughts or emotions seem to take over and take me into the world of the outer senses. No worries, if that happens to you too. It is a great way to see, that thoughts and emotions have no power, and that power is not necessary when there is no need to be someone specific.

The key to opening up to the world of the inner senses is purpose, namely the purpose of not using the outer senses to experience a tangible world, as if it is outside of you.

If the the purpose of putting on a sleeping mask is to cancel out the ligt from the world of the outer senses, you will be in the light of the inner senses. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

If the purpose of putting on a sleeping mask is to cancel out the light from the world of the outer senses, there will be lucid light coming from world of the inner senses. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Anything definable blocks out the full tour of the inner senses
You cannot do something to be in the world of the inner senses, because the intention of doing something in order to be or have something only works in the apparent tangible world of the outer senses. But for the very same reason you can do something to not experience the world of the outer senses – for example putting on a sleeping mask.

Best to forget all the descriptions from my non teachings about the glimpses of enlightenment, as they turn them into something specific, and that cannot be replicated in the world of the inner senses.

If you remember the last time you travelled in incredible worlds of lucid light and you want more excitement like that, you will not get it, because defining glimpses of enlightenment in this way turn them into an experience of the outer senses, because only there does it seem possible to experience something specifically more than once. In other words, if trying to interpret the glimpses of the enlightenment in the way you do in the world of the outer senses, there will be no more glimpses to experience.

If you completely turn off the outer senses – or rather have the willingness to do so – you bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one. No image can be shown of that, because it cannot be experienced, as to experience something requires more than one. Glimpses of enlightenment though can be experienced. One of the last glimpses you may have before consciousness or anything else that requires more than one is completely gone, could be something like this image looking like a horse head, which a black hole may look like just before light is exploding out of it or maybe into it. There is not someone there to know. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

To turn off the outer senses partially or fully
The easiest way to switch between the outer and inner senses is of course to let the inner breath take care of it – see The nature of the inner breath – but until you are willing to choose not to choose but to be guided by the inner breath the below suggestion may be of help.

You turn off the outer senses by not selecting specific thoughts and feelings to be excluded, but instead include them all, so that there are no contrasts left – for example good and bad – and consequently nothing to define you as someone specific. If the inclusion is not complete but partial you have glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one, and if it is complete there are not someone to hide the enlightenment of that which is one.

Do not pay too much attention to the world of the outer senses, when in the world of the inner senses, but let it be there somewhere in the background. When moving in the world of the outer senses, it is often best hardly to pay attention to the inner senses except as a blissful memory, that helps you to focus on what you seem to be doing in the world of the outer senses without being deceived by it.

There are no rules though, so there may be times where the two worlds seem to mix in a beneficial way, but why not fully enjoy the taste of wine on the premises of the world of the outer senses, and totally space out when you fly through amazing worlds of abstract light in the world of the inner senses.

In other words, when you are solely in the world of the inner senses, the belief in being a specific body defined by time and space is undone by the enlightenment of that which is one, and so you do not appear to be in a world defined by time and space anymore. Neither do you appear to be somewhere else, because the belief in being someone at all is undone. Thus it is not an out-of-body experience. It is not an experience at all.

There is no consciousness of a body or that you ever seemed to be or have one, because it takes more than one to be conscious about something. In other words, there is no more than that which always was and alway will be, namely the formlessness of that which is one, because formlessness is endless and therefore everything.

*) Do not know if the Bedtime Bliss® Sleep Mask and Shure SE215 Earphone with Triple Flange Sleeves, that I use when going to sleep, are the best ones for turning off the outer senses and go into the world of the inner ones, but they seem to work for me. The earphones are probably also the best in its price range for listening to music from the world of the outer senses. However, in relation to turning off the hearing sense of the outer world, it does not matter what earphones you use, as long as they are used with Triple Flange Sleeves, because they are what so effectively cancels out the sound that is judged to be coming from outside.

**) You can read about hearing the transparent sound of the inner breath in the article What does the inner breath feel like?

The enlightenment of that which is one versus glimpses of it (updated)

You know this pic is not how the physically world really look. It is rather a fantasy, thar is only possible due to physical life, that it therefore is a symbol of. Likewise the physical world is a symbol of life even though the physical world has nothing to do with life.

No matter how many beautiful glimpses I get of this mountain, it has not much to do with the reality of it. I will have to go there to see, what it really looks like. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

We let ourselves be deceived by the outer senses into believing, that a world where everything seems to be separated by time and space is real, but when these senses are turned inwards there is no time and space, and therefore nothing to uphold the belief in separation, neither in the appearance of you as someone definitive.

Without the belief in separation there is not something to hide, that the abstractness of the inner senses flows straight into an explosion coming out of a black hole or maybe into it. There is no way to know which way it is, because this is the enlightenment of that which is one and it takes more than one to know anything. Also, explosion may not be the best word to use, because it is nothing but empty space that is carrying the nothingness of you into to the formlessness of that which is one. End of story or what?

The formlessness of that which is one is endless
This is not the end of the story, because what is formless is endless – not in the sense though that it last forever. It lasts no time but one perpetual present. This a never-ending story, however, cannot be written in a world defined by time and space, because there everything has an end. In terms of end though returning to the formlessness of that which is one is the end of time and space – at least that is how it seems within the context of linear time.

Researches from University of California Santa Barbara have proved that human cells and neutron stars have something in common. Both are namely built of layers – looking like a parking garage with many floors that are connected via steps.

But as there is nothing else than one perpetual present, the only thing that ends is the imagination of a world defined by time and space. Yet reading this article you still believe in this imagination of a tangible world constructed of layer upon layer of thoughts, added in such a way that it seems there are different levels in this capsule of time and space. Within this context it also seems as if there are levels of turning the outer senses inwards, and that the more the inner senses take over the more you occur to have glimpses of enlightenment.

It is a relief, when glimpses of enlightenment slowly but surely undoes the belief in being someone definitive – but very unsettling if you want to hang onto this belief.

These glimpses, however, are not the enlightenment of that which is one, because there are no levels in that which is one. Nevertheless they slowly but surely undo the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one, contrary to the enlightenment of that which is one, where – as it is timeless – it takes no time to have this belief undone.

Another glimpse of the mountain from the first photo. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

The timelessness of that which is one, however, cannot be brought into a world defined by time and space, so you will not be able to know what it is, if you experience to reappear in such a world after having bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one. Yet you will have vague memories of it, and that is enough to constantly be reminded, there is no more than that which is one, and consequently all experiences – whether they seem to be so-called spiritual or mundane – are illusions, as it takes more than one to experience something.

Glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one are experienced with the inner senses, while being aware of the world of the outer sense as well – although it seems quite distant.

But to bid the enlightenment of that which is one welcome the outer senses must be completely closed. In other words, there are no awareness of the world of the outer senses and after entering the enlightenment of that which is one there is neither no awareness of the inner senses. In fact there is no awareness at all, as it takes more than one to be aware of something.

To sum it up: When partially turning off the outer senses, the inner senses is only partly triggered, so you just have glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one, which is an experience you have while still aware of appearing to be someone in the world of the outer senses.

These glimpses can be compared to watching a movie trailer and not the whole movie – but then again it is not really so, because both the trailer and the movie is something you experience, and the enlightenment of that which is one, that is bid welcome by completely turning off the inner senses, cannot be experienced.

The enlightenment of that which is one is not a personal experience, but glimpses of it is
The technique for tasting the nectar of life (see the previous article Perceiving the world as symbols of the four aspects of enlightenment – or how to have glimpses of enlightenment) I like to do during the day – not so much for the taste of it, but for the sphere of indifference, that it just like the inner breath* induces.

This is the look of the mountain in the two first photos when you are almost on the top of it. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Being indifferent am not distracted from going with the flow of the ongoing glimpses of the enlightenment, whenever I am not dealing with something that craves much attention in the world of the outer senses – and if I am involved in something that demands much attention, the indifference towards it makes sure that the perception of it is founded on glimpses of the enlightenment. In other words, the world is experienced, but not as if I am there. It is more like sitting in a cinema and imagining to be in the world on the screen.

Depending on the strength of the glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one, it is like momentarily dying from the world of the outer senses, so if you appear to be occupied by something there, it can be very disturbing.

Glimpses of ethereal harmonies comes and go as they please. In my case it is nice to wake up in the morning accompanied by the distant sound of ethereal harmonies, but when I at night close my eyes to fall asleep, the ongoing spirals of light, that are brighter than the light from my lamps and that keeps coming, distracts me from falling asleep.

During the day there are also glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one, mostly in the form of short splashes of lucid light and hearing or feeling the vibration, that Aum, Sohang or The Word of God symbolizes.

Besides there are vague memories of passing both the outer and inner senses into the enlightenment of that which is one, where all thoughts and feelings collected to justify the belief in a world defined by time and space is extracted, so that there is no belief to hide that which has no beginning or end and therefore is everything, namely the formlessness of oneness.

This image of the same mountain, as in the other images in this article, again shows that you can have many different glimpses to have of it, and that they are all colored by the one having the glimpses. The Enlightenment of that which is one is not colored by the one having it, because there is not somebody having it. It is not possible to experience it, as that would require more than one. In other words, there is nothing personal about the enlightenment of that which is one. Yet, describing it via vague memories it is like everything else, where more than one seems to be involved, colored by the personality of the describer as well by the one interpreting the description. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Trying to make something last only appears to be meaningful in a world, where everything has an end
Glimpses of enlightenment, which most confuses with the enlightenment of that which is one, may leave you with the impression, that it is possible to fuse heaven and earth by prolonging the glimpses via meditation or other kinds of techniques, that seems to make you able to transform energies in such a way that heaven and earth merge.

The idea of heaven and hell is an idea based on duality, which is founded on contrasts like that. And as you cannot have one without the other, you can never have only heaven in a world of duality. Neither in non-duality, because it is that which is one, and it takes more than one to be in heaven.

This idea of a better world is founded on the belief, that you are someone special, who is in control and able to create a world like you see fit. Though neither dictators, rich people, political or so-called spiritual minded persons have ever succeeded in creating a world. the way they think it should be, many assume it is something in themselves or others that need to be corrected for it to happen. But no matter how much you correct, all that you get are more frustrations, because there is nothing to correct but the belief that you are someone definitive.

Whether you experience, that you are free in the now, spiritual or whatnot, it is echoes of past conditioning, that you hold onto with the sole purpose of being someone special in a world defined by time and space.

Instead of having this belief undone most, who have had one or more glimpse of the enlightenment of that which is one, start teaching how to make the world better – as if there is a world to make better. They put together a new philosophy based on their interpretation of one or more glimpse of the enlightenment of that which is one, mixed up with speculative ideas about spirituality and maybe ancient traditions of meditation and whatnot. They may for example encourage not being conditioned, so that you can be free in the now. But to experience that or anything else is a conditioning based on the belief, that you are someone to be defined by time and space.

You freely choose to give Facebook all your info in exchange for being able to construct a personality in its virtual world, as if this construction constitutes a real person.

Time and space is not a fact, but a belief system, that you blindly follow. You choose to be conditioned by it, so that it seems to be a fact, that you are someone definitive in a world defined by time and space instead of the formlessness of that which is one.

*) This article is written before the inner breath was introduced in my non teaching. Much to my surprise I wrote lots of new articles only about the inner breath, when I was proofreading this theme The inner senses, enlightenment of that which is one and glimpses of it. They turned into a new theme, namely the previous one Being a medium for the inner breath, inner and outer senses are automatically synchronized. See the table of contents. If you just want a bit of info about the inner breath check the article The nature of the inner breath.

NOTE: This article, that is written on one more day where everything in the world of the inner senses is moving so fast and tight that differentiation hardly is possible, has obviously turned out to be an evaluation of the two previous articles, namely A reintroduction of enlightenment, inner and outer senses and Perceiving the world as symbols of the four aspects of enlightenment – or how to have glimpses of enlightenment.

Where do the ways of my non teachings come from (updated)

The way to hear or feel the vibration that Aum, Sohang and The Word of God symbolises as described in the previous article Perceiving the world as symbols of the four aspects of enlightenment – or how to have glimpses of enlightenment and especially in Life has no secrets is deduced from Alexius´ experience of hearing and feeling it. Not that he originally heard or felt this echo of oneness with the help of Aum or Sohang. It was simply given to him in his youth via devotion to serve.

But it was not before much later did he realise, that hearing or feeling this vibration is what those constantly chanting Aum or Sohang are looking for but never recognise, as they have expectations of something extremely special. Yet having recognised it himself, it was not a problem to deduce a fast way of hearing or feeling the unpronounceable vibration that Aum or Sohang symbolises.

The way to connect with the inner breath is deduced from Alexius´ experience of it. Again he did not originally connect with it in the way my non teachings advise you to do it – see the links in the next box. The connection was just given to him. Maybe so that he could deduce a way for you to connect with it as well.

Check out these articles, if you want to connect with the inner breath: Speed is stillness, when not detainedTake-offs to the inner breathHow to ignite take-offs to the inner breath and What does the inner breath feel like?. You can also read the whole theme ´The inner breath synchronise the outer and inner senses automatically´. See part 4 in the table of contents.

The ways to have inner experiences of light, music and nectar as described in the previous article Perceiving the world as symbols of the four aspects of enlightenment – or how to have glimpses of enlightenment, Alexius was told about in his youth. But most likely the teller just had second-hand knowledge of the ways, because he mainly referred to ancient scriptures, where it seems they have been mentioned in various ways.

Alexius has not read ancient scriptures or so-called spiritual books, so my non teachings are not based on an existing religion or philosophy, neither are they meant to be a new religion or philosophy but to undo such concepts as well as any other.

A guru, which means a teacher, is always deeply founded in the belief of being someone special in a world, where there seems to be more than one, because it requires more than one to teach somebody. In other words, a guru is no different from anybody else profiting on the belief that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one.

A guru, which is a Hindi word for teacher, is always deeply founded in the belief of being someone specific in a world where there seems to be more than one, as it requires more than one to teach something to somebody. In other words, such a guru is no different from anybody else profiting on the belief, that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Still there may not be similar instructions to see, hear and taste glimpses of enlightenment as in my non teachings, because they are not based on second-hand knowledge, but on the enlightenment of that which is one – and without that you are bound to misinterpret the glimpses of it.

Most things written or said about enlightenment comes from someone who is not to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one, but instead to a guru, who is mainly interested in getting more money, power, fame and love. The teachings of such a guru are therefore not geared towards bidding welcome the enlightenment of that which is one but to follow the guru, so that he/she appears to be someone who is and has more than you. It is probably for this reason, they never really tell what their teachings are about, but instead speak in vague and mysterious ways about peace, coming from the heart and whatnot.

If you doubt what your guru says, you are told, you have not gotten it and should sign up for more – meaning you should give more money.

The old-school gurus may speak vaguely about something called kundalini, which is supposed to make a fusion between body and spirit, so that you become full of bliss. Newer gurus have speculative teachings about living in the now, realising your self or a higher purpose. Both approaches appeal to those who want to have their feelings of inferiority replaced with feelings of spiritual grandeur, so that they can be acknowledged as someone special, who is part of something higher.

But to merge with something, be full of light, live in the now, realize your self and whatnot requires more than one. It other words, it is an experience geared for a world where there seems to be more than one. It has nothing to do with the formlessness of that which is you, because it takes someone definitive to experience or to be conscious about something.

Any experience in a world where there seems to be more than one can turn into that which is one, provided you do not try to hold onto the experience by interpreting it as bliss or something else, because that which is you is no different from the formlessness of that which is one, so it is not possible to have a specific experience unless you believe you are someone definitive.

The same of course applies to seeing, hearing, feeling or tasting glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one, as described in my non teachings. That is why they distinguish between the enlightenment of that which is one and the glimpses of it. The latter is an experience in a world where there seems to be more than one – you could say it is a state of being. But the enlightenment of that which is one is not an experience, nor any kind of being. because it takes more than one to experience or be something.

All ways lead to Rome, they say, but they also lead away from Rome, so do not count on the ways suggested by the gurus promising a hypothetical better life in the future. Such ways do not point to the formlessness of oneness, but to another experience in a world defined by time and space as only such a world appears to have a future.

That which is you is not the appearance of something definitive. You are and have nothing in the the sense that you you are nothing definitive, but the formlessenes of that which is one, that is everything, as formlessness is endless. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

That which is you is not the appearance of something definitive. You are and have nothing in the sense that you are nothing definitive, but the formlessness of that which is one, that is everything, as formlessness is endless. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

For those teaching about kundalini, freedom in the now, finding your self and whatnot, it is not a problem that what they promise is just another illusion, because then their followers never get it and therefore will keep on paying money, give hugs or whatever the teacher asks for, so both of you feel, it is possible to be and have more than that which is one.

But my non teachings point to the formlessness of that which is one – and as formlessness is endless, that which is you has never been and will never be more than that which is one. In other words, my non teaching of course cannot charge you for something you already have, so they are absolutely free.

NOTE: This article is meant as a note to the previous one Perceiving the world as symbols of the four aspects of enlightenment – or how to have glimpses of enlightenment.

Perceiving the world as symbols of the four aspects of enlightenment – or how to have glimpses of enlightenment (updated)

There is no life in the world. It is to be compared to a dream, which, no matter how beautiful it may appear, is an illusion.

Life is the formlessness of that which is one. But although it is the power making it possible to imagine a world where there seems to be more than one, it is not possible for the oneness of life to be in that simulation – just like it is not possible for the street simulated in this image to be in the picture, or for a dreamer to be in the dream empowered by it.

When the formless oneness of life is acknowledged as the sole cause of any experience – whether so-called spiritual or mundane – you never play somebody else´s game, because even though it may seem as if you play along with the expectations of others, they are not the reason for what you appear do. Neither is the person you seem to be. There is only one reason for your apparent thoughts, feelings, saying and actions, namely the oneness of life. In other words, there is not someone definitive thinking, feeling, saying or doing anything.

What you appear to be in the world is a symbol of the oneness of is life and whatever this symbol seems to experience is also a symbol of that.

This does not mean that you have found oneness in a world where there seems to be more than one, but everything there is perceived as a symbol of oneness. Though this turns everything into the same, it does not look the same. It is rather that the apparent differences of the world do not make a difference, because both the experiencer and the experienced are symbols of that which makes it possible to perceive a tangible world where the oneness of life seems to be divided into more than one.

Read more about differences not making a difference in the themes ´Inclusiveness is a perfect moment´ and ´Oneness is 100% intimacy – or ´to see symbols of life in the world´ in the theme titled the same. The themes can be found respectively in Part 3 and 2 of my non teachings. See the table of contents.

The echo of that which is one, which often is symbolised by the words Aum, Sohang or The Word of God and which comes from the edge of the universe can be heard or felt right now via the inner senses, because they are not limited by time and space.

The echo of that which is one, which often is symbolised by the words Aum, Sohang or The Word of God and which comes from the edge of the universe can be heard or felt right now via the inner senses, because they are not limited by time and space.

Hearing or feeling the echo of that which is one
Appearing in a world where there seems to be more than one as a symbol of that which is one, you do not pump up the volume of music to hear or feel it. You do it to be reminded of the cause of being able to hear and feel it, namely the oneness of life, which as an echo can be heard and felt through the world of the inner senses, while also appearing to be in the world of the outer senses. Although it is an unpronounceable sound, it is often symbolized by the words Aum, Sohang or The Word of God.

The Hebrew word Elohim was originally a symbol for one perpetual present.

God is a translation of the Hebrew word Elohim, which at first was a metaphor for that which is one and never ends, so originally god was a symbol for one perpetual present. As this is not understandable, when you believe to be someone definitive in a world in a world defined by time and space, it was later changed, so that god became a symbol for the oneness of an almighty force, that is believed to have created a world in its own image.

But as oneness is formless, it is endless and therefore everything. Thus it is not possible to create more than that which is one. Consequently a world where there seems to be more than one is an illusion and so is the creator of it.

It is one of the four the aspects of the enlightenment of that which is one or the glimpses of it (click here to read further about this distinction). The glimpses of the enlightenment, which is the main subject of the article, are contrary to the enlightenment of that which is one something you experience and therefore as illusionary as any other experience (see All experiences are equally unreal).

But as glimpses of enlightenment is not of the world experienced by the outer senses but by the inner ones, experiencing them from there while still being aware about the world of the outer senses, they have the capacity to undo the deception of the senses – not abruptly like the enlightenment of that which is one, but little by little.

In the world of the outer senses you must always plan for the future in order to uphold the illusion of linear time.

The more the outer senses, that perceive a world defined by time and space, is turned inwards, the more a world not limited by time and space is experienced by the inner senses – read more about the illusion of time here – so it takes no time to go to the edge of the universe, where the echo of the primordial vibration, that Aum, Sohang or The Word of God symbolizes, has been used to create a fantasy of a world where there seems to be more than one, as well as to deceive you into believing it is real. That is until you actually hear or feel this echo, because doing so it slowly but surely undoes everything imagined.

This is the Hindi symbol of ´sohang´ – grabbed from the web

The Hindi symbol of Sohang.

»With every exhalation the soul recites ‘Hang’ and with every inhalation it recites ‘So’. Thus every soul counts the mantra of Sohang (So plus Hang) twenty-one thousand and six-hundred times every day and night.« Gherand Samhita, stanza 84.

In Eastern religions the echo of god or rather one perpetual present is symbolized by the word ´Aum´ or ´Sohang´ and in the New Testament by ´The Word of God´: »In the origin The Word had been existing and That Word had been existing with God and That Word was himself God.« John 1:1, Aramaic Bible in Plain English.

One who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one perceive ´The Word´ in the above quote as a metaphor for the unpronounceable vibration one hear or feel when not being totally focused on experiencing the world of the outer senses. But the unenlightened starts speculating about what wise word or words it might be, even though there is not a single verse in the Bible referring to ´The Word of God´, as if it is written or can be spoken.

The vibration that AUM or Sohang symbolizes comes from the edge of the universe, which is only far away if you let yourself be deceived by a world defined by linear time as experienced through the outer senses.

Glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one is an echo of the formlessness of that which is one coming out of a black hole at the edge of the universe. This includes the vibration that is often symbolized by the words Aum, Sohang or The Word of God and which is as close to you, as anything else you experience to be close in the world of the outer senses, if you are not deceived by them to believe you are constricted by the definitions of time and space. The world of the inner senses is not ruled by this definition, so there you can go directly to the edge of the universe and hear or feel the formlessness of that which is one coming out of a black hole. It is also there that you see or taste it.

One way to turn the outer senses inwards in order to hear or feel the the echo of oneness is to not be exclusive but inclusive. When you include all what you hear or feel completely unedited – or rather are willing to do that – the sum of everything in the world of the outer senses is heard as a humming coming from the edge of the universe. It sounds or feels like nothing and everything at the same time.

In such a perfect moment you appear to be both in the world of the outer and inner senses at the same time without any sense of separation between them. A perfect moment though is not a moment where you are full of energy, neither or anything else, except the acceptance of the moment as it is.

You can also use the word Aum or Sohang as a launching pad for hearing or feeling the humming coming from the edge of the universe. Read the article Life has no secrets to learn how to do this without having to be transformed through meditation, chanting and whatnot.

If you want to read especially about the inner senses check the previous article A reintroduction of enlightenment, inner and outer senses, or the next ones What sort of external music resembles the internal one and The ins and outs of the inner senses, or the older ones Beyond the senses – or the outer senses versus the inner ones and The inner senses, enlightenment of that which is one and glimpses of it.

When your eyes become single, there is no separation to hide the enlightenment of that which is one. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

When your eyes become single, there is no separation to hide the enlightenment of that which is one.

The third eye
Appearing in the world as a symbol of oneness you do not close your eyes to go to sleep right away, but to see glimpses of it via the inner sense called the third eye. It is a single ´eye´ in the middle of the two eyes above the two eyebrows, that looks like an erected dick in the aura, when activated from traveling through worlds of light. But it looks like nothing if the glimpses merge into the enlightenment of that which is one, because that erases all memories of anything definable.

»The light of the body is the eye: if therefore thine eye be single, thy whole body shall be full of light.« Matt 6:22, King James Bible. This makes much sense to one who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one but obviously not to the unenlightened, because in the new international version of the New Testament the sentence has been changed to: »The eye is the lamp of the body. If your eyes are healthy, your whole body will be full of light.«

How this makes sense to the unenlightened, I do not know, but I know it makes no sense to one who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one.

The enlightenment of that which is one is bid welcome by completely closing down the outer senses, which – according to Buddha – can happen in deep sleep, where you are not engaged in the outcome of dreams. For me it did not occur like that, but by being so exhausted after a long night of driving a taxi, that I did not have the energy to focus.

In other words, to be offbeat, exhausted, confused or maybe even drunk is a way to close the outer senses, so that there is no world to see and therefore nothing to hide the enlightenment of that which is one. Well, anything that is not part of a scheme to fabricate images defined by time and space will do.

If that includes drugs, I cannot say, because I have had no experience with them. But I can say that from looking at others taking drugs, that it seems they are more about expanding the consciousness of a world where there seems to be more than one than undoing it.

»Direct your eyes toward the middle of the eyebrows and meditate upon your own self. It is Shambhavi Mudra, the most secret practice of all the Tantra scriptures.« Gherand Samhita, stanza 59.

The positioning of the body, while activating the third eye, does not matter.

The positioning of the body, while activating the third eye, does not matter, as long as the body is reasonable relaxed.

Practically speaking you can close the visual outer sense and open the inner eye by closing the eyes and lightly, without any concentration, hold a finger on the third eye, which is best done in a dark room, so that you do not think the light coming to you has anything to do with light coming from outside.

If something like this is dechiffered into different colors and forms, you will have glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one, but if you do not judge any colors or forms to be different from each other the apparent differences will explode into one bright light.

If having an inner vision like this and it is deciphered into an experience of different colors and shapes around a centre, it is a glimpse of the enlightenment of that which is one, but if you do not judge any colors or forms to be different from each other or to come from a center, it will explode into one bright and colorless light.

The sense of sight is always looking for the greatest contrast of light, so the two closed eyes will automatically move inwards and upwards towards the third eye, where the inner sense of sight receives a light show at such a speed that the apparent contrast between the splashes of colors dissolves, and the splashes turn into one bright white light, that is not contrasted by something or illuminating anything. That is, if nothing has been defined, as if it has a shape and a color, because the slightest kind of definition fence of the enlightenment of that which is one.

»Touching eyeballs as a feather, lightness between them opens into the heart and there permeates the cosmos.« Sochanda Tantra, stanza 13.

If your eyes do not automatically move inwards and upwards out of the area of the outer senses, that is below the eyebrows, you may help them by very gently pressing the thumb and middle finger across each eyeball from outer corner to inner, while having the forefinger on the third eye.

This is not really commendable though. Even the slightest effort requires focus, and it is not focus but defocus that bids welcome the enlightenment of that which is one or the visual glimpses of it. Besides this may give you the impression that the third eye can be opened via certain physical postures.

None inner senses can be reached via a specific posture or way of thinking. Yet deactivating the outer senses can be achieved in those ways, and if a specific posture, way of thinking or technique is helpful for doing that by all means go for it. But the fastest way to deactivate the outer senses is to not know what and where you are.

»… and there shall be no light there, and they need no candle there, neither the light of the sun, for the Lord God giveth them light.« Rev. 22:5

The thought construction that seems to keep you together as someone tangible is left at the edge of a black hole.

The thought construction that seems to keep you together as someone tangible must be left at the edge of a black hole, so that there is nothing to gracefully fall through it and float into the formlessness of that which is one.

When you momentarily do not know what and where you are, there is not someone to prevent glimpses of enlightenment to merge into one bright white light, namely the enlightenment of that which is one, which extracts all thoughts, that you used to cling onto in order to appear as someone specific, and leave them at the edge of a black hole, so that there is nobody to experience the nothingness of you gracefully falling through the emptiness of a black hole into the formlessness of that which is one.

Enlightenment is not an out-of-the-body experience as it is not an experience, but its preliminary stage of bliss and compassion, which is connected to the world via the pineal gland, is an experience that is often perceived to be out-of-the-body.

Enlightenment of that which is one is not an out-of-body experience. It is not an experience at all, but its preliminary stages of bliss and compassion, which in the world seems to be connected with the pineal gland, is something that may be perceived to be an out-of-body experience.

Most, however, are afraid of not being someone definitive, so they settle for glimpses of the enlightenment and the bliss and excitement coming from traveling in worlds of lucid light, which is like an out-of-body experience – presumably linked to the pineal gland, that appears to foster states like that.

But if you are not tempted to stop at the state of bliss or something else partly or fully recognizable, but going where someone definitive cannot go, it is not an out-of-body experience. On the contrary, there is no experience, neither consciousness, because to experience or be consciousness about something is only possible in a world where there seems to be more than one, as it takes more than one to experience or be conscious about something.

If you want to return from the enlightenment of that which is one to a world where there seems to be more than one, you must pick up the thought construction that was left at the edge of a black hole before you entered it, as this is what seems to form you as someone definitive.

Returning from the enlightenment of that which is one to a world where there seems to be more than one, you cannot know, you have been at the other side of a black hole, because you were not there and there is no other side, as there is no more than that which is one. Yet there are vague memories of the enlightenment of that which is one, and so you can be said to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one.

Yet it is not possible for somebody in the world to know, you are to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one. You will hardly grasp it yourself. But you will for sure grasp, that a world, where there seems to be more than one, is not real, and that anything appearing there – including the appearance of you as someone specific –  consequently is an illusion.

ac1d3bc0-5bae-4dac-921e-8c1c4d9f64e1Ethereal harmonies
Appearing in a world where there seems to be more than one as a symbol of that which is one, you do not perceive music to be a means to joy, but as a means to be reminded of the airy music, that as an ethereal harmonies floats out of a black hole at the edge of the universe. Although that appears to be far away, it is not so when going there in the world of the inner senses, because it is not limited by time and space.

»I heard a sound from heaven like the sound of cascading waters and like the rumbling of loud thunder. The sound I heard was also like harpists playing on their harps.« Revelation 14:2, Holman Christian Standard Bible.

´Touring´ the inner world of the senses, that opens up when the outer ones are not fully used to experience a world defined by time and space, you know that the first sentence in this quote refers to ´Aum´, ´Sohang´ or ´The Word of God´, and that the second sentence to ethereal music.

»At midnight when not a single sound is heard, close your ears with both hands and do Purak Pranayama. Listen to the sounds in your right ear which are very pleasant. The first sound that you will hear is of a pine bird, the second of a flute, third of a cloud, fourth of a dragon bee, the fifth of a ringing bell and then of a gong of metal. Sounds of trumpet, drum etc. are also heard. Besides these, many other sounds are heard if it is practiced daily. These sounds are Anahata (unproduced) and come on their own accord. Nada is related to light. Light is related to mind, so mind gets itself merged in a sound which is the seat of the Lord. Therefore, practice of Bhramari gives Siddhi of Samadhi (i.e., makes Samadhi possible).

Mind gets eightfold more pleasure in the act of meditation than Japa (repeating God’s name), eightfold more interest in Tapas (penance) than the meditation, and eightfold more interest in music or sound than the Tapas. There is nothing greater than music.« Gherand Samhita, stanzas 77-81. Besides for the word ´Nada´ meaning music I do not know the meaning of all these Hindi words, but hearing inner music – though not as bombastic as describe in the quote – I get the overall meaning of the quote.

Using noise canceling headphones is a great way to close the outer sense of hearing. Personal I prefer earphones, as I can use them while sleeping.

Using noise canceling headphones is a great way to close the outer sense of hearing. Personal I prefer in-ear headphones plugged into the ears, as they can also be used when going to bed.

A practical way of closing the outer sense of hearing and open the inner one is to put both thumbs in your ears or simply use a noise canceling headphone or an in-ear headphone, and then without focusing or trying to define anything, be the transparency of ethereal harmonies coming to you from what seems to be far away. It may be, however, that this is not what is coming to you and that you instead hear the humming symbolized by ´Aum´, ´Sohang´ or ´The Word of God´. If so, go with that glimpse of the enlightenment of that which is one.

While tuning into ethereal harmonies, do not pay attention to the directions of sounds. You might want though to avoid going with the sounds appearing to come from the left ear, as they often are the sounds of a busy mind, and instead follow the sounds that appear to be in an empty space a bit outside of your right ear. Though these harmonies relaxes the body, forget it and be the transparency of them.

The taste of life
Appearing in the world as a symbol of oneness you are not tasting the most exquisite food to get a delicate experience from that, but to be reminded about the nectar of life, which in the world can be compared to a smoothie with a taste of with milk and honey plus maybe a hint of liquorice or strawberry or mint.

»Your lips drip nectar, my bride, honey and milk are under your tongue.« Song of Solomon 4:11.

»A land flowing with milk and honey« Exodus 3:8

»Whosoever drinketh of the water that I shall give him shall never be thirsty, but the water that I shall give him shall be in him as a well of water springing up into everlasting life.« John 4:10-4:14.

To compare a taste to something else is a very individual thing, so you may not compare the inner taste to that of liquorice.

To describe a taste by comparing it to another taste is a very individual thing. In other words, you may not compare the taste of life to a taste of milk and honey with a hint of liquorice.

Even though this taste in the old scriptures is called the nectar of life, you should not expect it to make you stronger or give more energy in the world of the outer senses. Besides, you are better off never to expect more of anything, because that which is you is no different from the formlessness of that which is one, and as formlessness is endless that which is you is everything, so it is not possible to be or have more than that which is you – unless you believe to be more than the formlessness  that which is one.

One way to undo this belief is to not focus, because a world defined by time and space cannot be perceived without focusing on it. Without the perception of time and space there is nothing to acknowledge your belief in being someone definitive, and so it cannot hide, there is no more than the formlessness of that which is one. Fortunately the nectar of life is a great tool for defocussing. Maybe that is why it is called the nectar of life.

Some Chinese Herb Formulations or teas – for example Spring Dragon Longevity Tea – enhance the taste of life, provided that you are already are in contact with it. The same applies to the Ayurvedic teas, that I have tasted. Most of them by the way includes liquorice.

As already mentioned, the taste of life can be compared to the taste of a sweet smoothie with a hint of licorice, strawberry or mint, but please do not take this for a definitive statement. At times for example it just taste like milk with a distant flavor of honey. Anyway, it is best not to compare it to anything else, as all comparisons are based on definitions from the past and therefore fence off the transparency of the taste.

The inner sense of taste not only stops the compulsive focusing on forms but also your cravings for sweets and to experience  something definable. The taste of life is always there and it is free. Neither do you have to meditate or be pure to consume it. All you have to do is to put your tongue behind the uvula. And if you cannot do that, it is also OK, because doing so is just meant to help you deactivating the outer senses and the only thing that really accomplish that, is the intention to do it. Just like even you are at a springboard, you will not dive from it, if that is not your intention of going there.

The inner sense of taste does not only stop the compulsive focusing on something definitive but also your cravings for more, for example more sweets. The taste of life is always there and it is free. And you do not have to meditate or be pure to consume it. All you have to do is to put your tongue behind the uvula and devote yourself to the taste dripping from above. If you cannot get your tongue all the way, it is also fine, because doing so is just meant to help you deactivating the outer senses and the only thing that really accomplish this, is the intention of doing it – just like you will not dive from a springboard, if that is not your intention of going there.

The taste of life unfolds under the tongue, when it is moved behind the uvula (the skin flap hanging down at the back of the mouth at the entrance to the throat). Most are not able to put your tongue there, but if you can you will surely be in the world and not of it, because it stops the need to focus and also the longing for more. As a side effect it stops the craving for sweets as well. That is if you devote yourself to it – no techniques will work without devotion. Yet devotion can work without a technique.

To get the tongue behind the uvula you may have to press it backwards for a long time, maybe for months, and finally use a finger to push it the rest of the way. This may feel like you are about to vomit. No worries – it is just a feeling. When you are used to keep your tongue there, it is easy, and there is no sense of vomiting.

»Khechari Mudra is turning the tongue backwards into the cavity of the cranium and turning the eyes inwards toward the eyebrow center.« Haha-Yoga Pradipika, Chapter 3, stanzas 32-37.

You do not have to literally replicate the technique in above quote, where the nectar of life is called Khechari Mudra. Neither do you actually need to be able to make the tongue go all the way behind the uvula. You just push it as far as possible.

The way to bid welcome the aspects of the enlightenment of that which is one is not about perfection. Neither is it about how you breath, eat or anything else you appear to do in the world of the outer senses. Yet things like that may be helpful in order to deactivate the outer senses.

But no technique in the world of the outer senses can deactivate them, if that is not the intention of doing the technique. In other words, first step is solely about intention, and if that is to deactivate the outer senses, there is nothing to hinder your trip into the world of the inner senses. Second step is to devote yourself to the amazing journey there.

The above about steps only applies to having glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one and not to bidding it welcome in its entirety, as there are no steps in oneness. Yet the second step, devotion, slowly undoes out the belief of being someone definitive, and if it just for a split second fades out completely, the enlightenment of that which is one is bid welcome – and so you are not tasting an echo of oneness anymore. You are the taste of that which is one.

Tasting the sweet nectar of life, the world of the outer senses will become distant but not to the extent that you cannot navigate in it. Yet it feels like you do not have to, and that you are carried around in a dream with a will of its own. That is, as long as you do not follow this sweet taste all the way to its source, namely that which is one, as if so you will no longer appear to be in the dream of a world where there seems to be more than one, neither in that which is one, because it requires more than one to be something.

When the belief in being in a world where there seems to be more than one is undone, there is nothing to hide that there is no more than that which is one.

You can also enjoy the ethereal harmonies and hear or feel the vibration that Aum, Sohang and The Word of God symbolizes, while you appear to move around in a world of the outer senses, but do not try to reach the inner sense of light, while doing something in the world of the outer senses that needs your full attention, as you very quickly may get blinded by light. Not in a physical sense, but in the sense that the visual glimpses of enlightenment quickly may become so intense, that though the world of the outer senses hardly can be sensed.

The part of the world of the outer senses you want to experience is not meant to be blurry but in focus, so what you see is definable. It is the other way around with the world of the inner senses,. In other words, the two worlds does in most cases not work well together. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The part of the world of the outer senses that you want to experience is not meant to be blurry but in focus, so that the experience becomes definable. It is the other way around in the world of the inner senses, so it is not a good idea trying to and mix the two worlds.

Focus versus defocus
The main pillars in upholding the world experienced with the outer senses is control, concentration and focus, contrary to the world of the inner senses which reveals itself when there is no effort to focus, concentrate and control. Yet, continually trying not to focus in order to see, hear, feel or taste glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one from the world of the inner senses is an act of control, that will fence off the world of the inner senses and probably induce headache as well.

As long as you intend to appear in a world, where there seems to be more than one, it is best to multitask between the inner and outer senses, but not with the purpose of mixing them – just like you for example do not mix sleeping with driving a car. The easiest way to make this work is to connect with the inner breath, that functions as an automatic gear between the inner and outer senses. See the second to last paragraph.

One versus more than one
In a world, where there seems to be more than one, it may be good to mix things, but not in the world of that which is one, as mixing implies there is more than one, and so you are back in a world where there seems to be more than one. In other words, do not try mix the different aspects of the enlightenment of that which is one.

That being said, you can do the taste of life technique while being devoted to any one of the other aspects, if you do not do it for the sake of the taste, but for its benefits of defocusing, which makes it easier to go with the flow.

Seeing everything in a world where there seems to be more than one as symbols of that which is one, will make the outer senses turn inwards, so it is easier to grasp, there is no more than that which is one.

Seeing everything in a world where there seems to be more than one as symbols of that which is one, will make the outer senses turn inwards, so it is easier to grasp, there is no more than that which is one.

Ways to undo the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one
Can the belief, that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one, only be undone via the inner senses? No, it can also be undone though the world of the outer senses as described in the themes of my non teachings called Pretending to be a personTo see symbols of life in the world or Inclusion is a perfect moment. See part 1-3 of my non teachings in the table of contents.

There might be other ways than suggested in my non teachings to have this belief undone. I have not tried them and cannot say if they work. But if it is not a way, that the one who is promoting it has walked itself, do not thrust it – especially if the one promoting it has lots of beautiful visions about a hypothetical better future full of love, bliss and happiness, because there is no more than the formlessness of that which is one, as formlessness is endless and consequently everything.

In other words, to be blissful, happy or full of love is an illusion, as it requires more than one to be something.

Connecting with the inner breath the outer senses and the inner ones will be synchronized, which among other things means that what you used to judge as stressful in the low frequency world of the outer senses will seem stressing, when synced with the high frequency world of the inner senses, because the inner breath embraces you with its indifference.

Connecting with the inner breath is like going into a driverless car programmed to return to that which is you
The inner breath
will ´lift´ you out of the belief in being someone definitive by automatically synchronizing the outer and inner senses, so that glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one become the basis for interpreting the world of the outer senses.

It is like being transported in driverless car, that is programmed to take you to the aspects of the enlightenment of that which is one, that suits you the best in terms of undoing the belief, that it is possible to be someone at all, so that you carelessly forget to define the glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one and they as one bright light carry the nothingness of you back into the formlessness of oneness.

You can read further about the inner breath in the previous theme Being a medium for the inner breath, inner and outer senses are automatically synchronized, that you find in part 4 of my non teachings. See the table of contents. If you just want a bit of info about it read the article The nature of the inner breath and if you quickly want to connect with it check out Take-offs to the inner breathHow to ignite take-offs to the inner breath and What does the inner breath feel like?.

Do you have questions regarding inner senses, inner breath, the aspects of enlightenment of that which is one or glimpses of it?
If you are uncertain about how to open up to the inner senses, connect with the inner breath, or welcome the enlightenment of that which is one, or have glimpses of it after having read the themes Being a medium for the inner breath, inner and outer senses are automatically synchronised and The inner breath, inner senses, perfect moment, enlightenment and glimpses of it, please mail me.

NOTES ABOUT THE QUOTES
The terminology of yoga and so-called holy scriptures – apart from The New Testament – is foreign to me, so I do not know the books from where the quotes in this article are taken. They were all found by googling the subjects.

When everything is included there is nothing outside and without an outside there is no inside. In other words, there is nothing but the formlessness of that which is one.

Personally I do not sympathize with Eastern or Western religions, neither new age philosophy, as they in general appear to be about excluding what is judge to be bad in order to become what is judged as better, purer or higher. Yoga techniques for example seem to be based on meditation or something else founded on excluding what is not one. Theoretically speaking this should leave out everything but the oneness of life. However, as life is not exclusive but inclusive, you do not come back to the oneness of life by being exclusive but inclusive.

OTHER NOTES:

A reintroduction of enlightenment, inner and outer senses (updated)

Inner visions of light of anything at all is not the enlightenment of that which is one, as it takes more than one to have a vision. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

It takes more than one to have a vision, so no matter how impressive inner visions of light you may have, they are not the enlightenment of that which is one but a glimpse of it. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The world of the outer senses is experienced via seeing, hearing, feeling or tasting/smelling it. If these ways of experiencing a world outside of you instead are completely turned inwards, the enlightenment of that which is one is revealed in one of the same the same ways.

And then again it is not exactly so, because contrary to the world of the outer senses, where everything is definable, these ways are not definable in regards to the enlightenment of that which is one. It has not something that can be seen, heard, felt or tasted/smelled by someone definitive.

In other words, the aspects of the enlightenment of that which are one does result in an experience of these aspects, as you would expect in the world of the outer senses, because it takes more than one to experience something, and in the enlightenment of that which is one, there is no more than one.

Someone, who believes to be definable, cannot gracefully fall through a black hole into the formlessness of that which is one. Yet someone who believes to be definable can learn how to have this belief undone.

Yet the pre stages to the enlightenment of that which is one is an experience of seeing, hearing, feeling or tasting/smelling the enlightenment of that which is one but only as glimpses of it. The pre stage of for example the visual aspect of the enlightenment of that which is one can to be an experience of travelling through lucid worlds made by ever-changing glimpses of light.

But the moment these glimpses of enlightenment is not perceived to differ from each other, there is not someone definitive to experience them anymore. Consequently there is nobody who can object to having the construction of thoughts that seems to replace the formlessness of that which is you with someone definitive, been extracted by one extremely bright light, namely the enlightenment of that which is one, so that there is nothing but the formlessness of oneness, which does not differ from that which is you.

Enlightenment of that which is one cannot be experienced, but it is possible to experience glimpses of it
If you, however, manage to work against the flow of the enlightenment of that which is one – and this is done by defining something – the belief in being someone definitive is not undone. In other words, you have not been where someone definitive cannot be, namely in the enlightenment of that which is one. Instead you had some glimpses of it, but as that is an experience it is not considered to be enlightenment in my non teachings, contrary to the non experienced enlightenment of that which is one.

If you for a moment forget what and where you appear to be, there is not someone hiding the enlightenment of that which is one. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

If you for a moment forget what and where you appear to be, there is not someone hiding the enlightenment of that which is one. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

As the enlightenment of that which is one is not of a world defined by time and space, someone appearing to be there cannot be enlightened. But if you for a moment forget what and where you are you are, there is not someone definitive to hide the enlightenment of that which is one.

Returning from the enlightenment of that which is one as someone definitive in a world defined by time and space, you are not enlightened, because enlightenment is not something definitive. Yet, there are vague memories of the enlightenment of that which is one, so you are to be compared to be compared to it.

Yet neither somebody, who have the non experience of the enlightenment of that which is one is one considered to be enlightened, because somebody cannot be there. But, if somebody momentarily forget what and where they are, there is nobody for the enlightenment of that which is one to gracefully transport through a black hole into the formlessness of that which is one.

If nobody returns as somebody to a world defined by time and space, there are just vague memories of the enlightenment of that which is one, because what is formless cannot be comprehended in a world defined by time and space. Therefore such persons are not enlightened but to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one. Alexius is such a person.

A glimpse of the enlightenment of that which is one can be compared to a movie trailer. It is just a glimpse of a whole movie, and therefore not to be confused with that. Likewise a glimpse of enlightenment should not to be confused with the enlightenment of that which is one.

To conclude, as the enlightenment of that which is one has no beginning and end, someone definitive cannot experience it. But glimpses of it – for example traveling through lucid worlds of light – has a beginning and an end, and so it can be experienced by someone definitive.

See also the article Are there degrees in enlightenment? and The enlightenment of that which is one versus glimpses of it.

If you seem to see an E here, you are using the E, you have made in your mind, to hide all the empty space.

If you seem to see an ´E´ here, you are focusing in order to see something recognizable, so that you can hide the empty space by an imagined shape. To not hide the formlessness of oneness all you need is to not focus. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Partial devotion to the inner senses results in glimpses of enlightenment
In order to experience it, as if a world defined by time and space exists outside of you, constant focus on something specific is required for the outer senses to fabricate the depth needed to make it appear to be tangible. But if you do no focus on anything specific, the outer senses cannot fabricate this illusion.

The more you defocus, the more the senses turn inwards, so the image you have of a world defined by time and space is complemented with the abstract world of the inner senses, where you are bid welcome by glimpses of light, if you are visual minded, ethereal music if you are auditory minded, and the taste or feeling of that which is one in case you are emotional minded.*

The purpose of the inner senses and its glimpses of enlightenment is to attract you on such a scale, that you cannot help yourself but to have the belief that it is possible to be someone definitive undone, even though it means the end of what you believe to be – just like a moth cannot help but to follow its attraction of light, even though it means the end of it.

The idea of mixing something is based on the belief in separation, so do not try to mix glimpses of light with glimpses of ethereal music for example, as this will imply they are separated. Just welcome whatever glimpse of the enlightenment of that which is one, that seems to come your way. If after a while another aspect seems to take over, go with that. Never try to hang onto something specific or to have it repeated.

What you believe to be is a hallucination, that seems to cover the enlightenment of that which is one – also if you believe to be spiritual, because to believe something requires more than one.

The experience of any of these aspects, it is of course not the enlightenment of that which is one but glimpses of it, as in the enlightenment of that which is one there is no room for someone definitive. This does not mean that you are replaced by the enlightenment of that which is one, but that you as someone definitive never have existed.

The healing of the body caused by partly being devoted to the inner senses are just a side effect, that helps you not to care about physicality and its inevitable end.

The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The inner senses and the body
Devotion to the inner senses will heal your body, if that is not the purpose of it. It may not include genetic caused diseases though. But as the devotion to the inner senses calms the body, a genetic caused disease will not seem to generate fear, that otherwise would further damage the body when projected upon it.

If, however, the wellbeing of the body is the purpose of devoting yourself to the inner senses, you cannot be attentive to the world of the inner senses, as that requires having no specific focus, and so they will just fade out without you even noticing it. Consequently they are not nurturing the body.

Total devotion to the inner senses bids welcome the enlightenment of that which is one
Total devotion to the inner senses bids welcome the enlightenment of that which is one, that right away erases the memory of being someone in a world defined by time and space. How long time this takes in linear time you will not know, because you are not there anymore. For the same reason there is nobody to know, that there ever appeared to be somebody in a world where there seems to be more than one.

When the enlightenment of that which is one lasts less than 28 minutes – measured in linear time – the body, that appeared to be your home as someone definitive, can be rebooted, so that you again will appear to be someone in a world defined by time and space. Yet, you will, as already stated, not appear to be enlightened, as the enlightenment of that which is one is not an appearance. Therefore you appear to be just like any other human, though you are to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one.

But if the enlightenment of that which is one last longer than 28 minutes the body cannot be rebooted, and so there is not something that seems able to hide the formlessness of that which is one and that is no different from that which always has been and always will be you. Yet there is nobody to be aware of this, as it takes more than one to be aware about something.

The appearance of you as someone in a world, where there seems to be more than one, is a fabrication constructed from thoughts, where some are chosen to be included, as if they are that which is you, and others are excluded, as if they are not you but somebody else. By not excluding specific thoughts but including them all, you become everything and you also lose the appearance of being someone specific, because there are no excluded thoughts to define you as someone definitive. In other words, inclusion excludes what is not real, so there is nothing but the formlessness of that which is you. Enlightenment of that which is one does the same, and so do the other ´ways´ suggested in my non teachings. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The appearance of you as someone in a world where there seems to be more than one, is a fabrication of thoughts. The ones you judge to be good are chosen to be included and the ones judged as bad to be excluded. Those thoughts excluded produce what you consider others to be, so if no thoughts are excluded, there is nobody to define you as someone good separated from the bad ones. Therefore inclusion excludes what is not real, namely separation, so that there is nothing to hide the formlessness of that which is one. Bidding welcome the enlightenment of that which is one has the same result, and so does the implementation of the other ´ways´ of coming back to that which is one suggested in my non teachings.

Is the enlightenment of that which is one required to have the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one undone?
The enlightenment of that which is one can be said to be the last step to the formlessness of that which is one, but as formlessness is endless, you can neither leave it or come back. In other words, that which is you cannot be anything else than that which is one. And so there is no step to take in order to come back to the formlessness of that which is one, and therefore no need to bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one in any of its aspects, or to have glimpses of it*.

Neither do you have to be connected with the inner breath, though it is so comforting to feel this connectedness. And you do not have to follow the suggestions in my non teachings for having the belief in being someone definitive undone via the inner senses. You can have it undone directly in the world of the outer senses. There are some suggestions for this in the below box.

The more you perceive the apparent differences in the world of the outer senses to not make a difference, the more the outer senses can be used as a set-off to that which is one. Read the themes in part 3 of my non teachings ´Every moment is the perfect moment´, ´Inclusiveness is a perfect moment´ and ´Oneness is 100% intimacy´.

The same applies to ´pretending to be a person´ or ´seeing symbols of life in the world´, which are themes in respectively part 1 and 2 of my non teachings. See the table of contents.

But you do not even need my non teachings to have this belief undone. All what is needed is to not remember what and where you are, because then there is no belief in being someone definitive to hide the formlessness of that which is one.

Here the world of the inner senses are about to shift to bright white light, which is gonna extract all the info you have collected in order to appear as somebody and leave it at the edge at a black hole so that there is nobody to fall into the nothingness of that which is one. This is not compatible with appearing in a world, where there seems to be more than one, so if that is what you want, you better make sure the info making up your personality is not extracted or you know where to find it again. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

This image could be illustrating the last glimpse of the enlightenment of that which is one before you give up seeing something specific, where after there is an abrupt shift to the enlightenment of that which is one, that extracts all the info you have collected in order to appear as someone definitive is extracted and leave it at the edge at a black hole, so that there is nothing falling through it and gracefully floating into the formlessness of that which is one. This is not compatible with appearing as someone definitive in a world defined by time and space, so if that is what you want, you better make sure that the info making up your appearance as someone definitive is not extracted – or that you know how to find it again – which is done by going with the flow of fear. And yes, there is also fear in that which is one. Yet it cannot be experienced there. It is not possible, as it would require more than one. But it is possible to imagine there is more than one. This imagined separation from that which is one seems to cause fear, which is the foundation for a world defined by time and space – and so you again appear to be someone specific there. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Multitasking the inner and outer senses
Much devotion to the world of the inner senses may space you out in regards to being present in the world of the outer senses. Yet, if you do not have to be present in the world of the outer senses, you can just go with the flow of the inner senses, as if the world stands still outside of you.

But if you want to go on appearing as someone specific in a world defined by time and space, it is of course best to totally focus on the world of the outer senses, so that the flow of the inner senses does not interfere with your plans for having more money, power, love, life, energy and whatnot.

If you, however, are tired of the race for more, you multitask between the inner and outer senses, so that being loaded with glimpses of enlightenment in the world of the inner senses make you indifferent to the constant demand for more in the world of the outer senses.

In the case that you do not want to have the belief in being someone definitive abruptly undone by the enlightenment of that which is one, multitasking between the inner and outer senses may be the approach for you, as that allows you to have this belief undone while having a good time pretending to be what you are not.

Multitasking is said to disturb the brain, so that it is harder for it to focus on something specific. That is why, it is so helpful in regards to having the belief in being someone definitive undone  – especially the multitasking of the inner and outer senses, which happens all by itself when connected with the inner breath.

The inner breath automatically synchronizes the outer and the inner senses, so that you feel like everything is just fine, nothing is wrong or missing. This is not the purpose of the inner breath though. Its purpose is to undo the belief in being someone definitive, but this is a lot easier, when you are not fighting for the survival as someone definitive. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The inner breath is the automatic gear shift between inner and outer senses
Those not connected with the inner breath are often tempted to skip the part of having the belief in being someone specific undone and instead use their own special blend of the outer and inner senses as the means to make a merry-go-round world. The main purpose of this is, however, is to establish themselves as spiritual helpers and maybe even enlightened.

But the enlightenment of that which is one does not make you spiritual. That is not something you can be, as it takes more than one to be something, and spirituality is that which is one. For the same reason there is not somebody to help. Also, there is no paradise without hell, because a world defined by time and space can only be experienced due to contrasts.

It is common to think, it is possible to be and have more than that which is one. Yet you do not appear as someone specific in a world where there seem to be more than one to find more, but to see there is no more than the formlessness of that which is one.

Instead of using glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one to establish an image of you as a new messiah, let the confusion, frustration and speculation, you are bound to have in a world of duality, go into overdrive until there is so much confusion, that it will ignite a take-off to the inner breath. This is done by not trying to stop thoughts or to figure them out.

The moment you have no need give or receive help or support, the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one is undone.

The connection with the inner breath automatically synchs the outer and inner senses, and as the latter are operating at an extreme high frequency, the restless speculations in the world of the outer senses does seem to cause confusion but relaxation, and so the apparent differences of the world experienced with the outer senses slowly cease to make a difference. Consequently the foundation for the belief in separation is gone, and without it there is nobody to imagine it is possible to be and have more than that which is one.

The inner senses versus the outer ones (updated)

The animation is grabbed from the web.

The animation is grabbed from the web.

The outer senses is not a contrast to the inner senses in the way for example black is to white. It is not that the outer senses are on the outside and the inner senses on the inside. Their names rather mean that the outer senses are geared to experience a world, that is perceived to be outside of you, whereas the inner senses help you to experience a world that does not seems to be separated from you.

The inner senses is used to see a world, that does not appear to be outside of you. But it does not mean it is inside of you. There is neither anything inside or outside, as that requires more than one and there is no more than that which is one.

But scientifically speaking the world is 99% empty space and 1% energy, so whatever tangible appearances you seem to experience is make-believe regardless they appear to be outside or inside of you – and it is also make-believe that there is someone, who experience something.

To undo the belief in being someone in a tangible world, it may be beneficial to not only use the outer senses but also the inner ones, as what is experienced with them does not seem tangible, so you may start questioning the existence of a tangible world and you as someone there.

Everything experienced is a deception
Often those having visions via the inner senses conclude, that the world experienced with the outer ones is an illusion, and they are right – but they are not right, when they go on concluding the world experienced with the inner senses is real.

It requires more than one to experience something, and as there is no more than the formlessness of that which is one, because what is formless is endless, no experience is real. Nevertheless turning down the volume of the outer senses, that in the context of the physical world operate below the eyebrows, and turning up the volume of on the inner ones, which means to partially shift awareness to above the outer senses, makes it easier to undo the belief in a world, where there seems to be more than one.

There is nothing real to find in the world of the outer senses – neither in the world of the inner ones, but there it may be easier to uncover the illusion of the senses, so that there is nothing to hide that which cannot be sensed, namely the formlessness of that which is one.

When you are not experiencing something specific, you are not someone definitive. The animation is grabbed from the web.

When you are not experiencing something specific, you are not someone definitive. The animation is grabbed from the web.

Illusions can be used to unveil their illusionary nature
The more you do not try to define anything, which is easier in the world of the inner senses, as there is not so many established concepts about what it is, the less there is someone definitive experiencing anything. And when there is no belief in being someone definitive, the enlightenment of that which is one is bid welcome.

For some it seem easier having the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one undone in the abstract world of the inner senses. But the belief in separation can also be undone while experiencing the world of the outer senses,

Read for examples the themes Pretending to be a person, Seeing symbols of life in the world, Inclusiveness is a perfect moment for having the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one undone by using the illusion of such a world as a means to that. You can find these themes respectively in part 1, 2 and 3 of my non teachings. See the table of contents.

When senses are not used to experience something, enlightenment of that which is one is bid welcome (updated)

Gallery_Inner-Senses_1024x1024The only reason you demand being relaxed, free, excited and whatnot is because you believe to be someone uniques in the world of the outer senses. But if you do not give the outer senses your full attention, the inner senses will supply you with a perfect moment, where glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one will fill you with so much joy, that the need to be someone at all is gone.

The way to not give the outer senses your full attention is to not believe, the experiences they deliver are real. This is done by not giving a shit about upholding the image of you as someone significant in a world, where there seems to be more than one. The more you do not give a shit, the more the inner senses take over.

You can also choose not to choose and follow the guidance of the inner breath. Read the article Take-offs to the inner breath and How to ignite take-offs to the inner breath to learn connecting with the inner breath, or read What does the inner breath feel like to get an idea about that, or The nature of the inner breath to learn about its guidance.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

If somebody seems to cheat you, reject you or something else that you judge to be unfair, you choose not to believe this to be real, and so you set yourself and others free from the world of the outer senses. It is in your own best interest to set everybody free, even though you may think, that not everybody deserve to this. But setting them free, the world of the outer senses fades out, so that you can connect with the inner breath, that opens the door to the world of the inner senses, where enlightenment of that which is one is waiting for you to bid it welcome.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

A way to undo the belief in the world of the outer senses is to perceive everything there as not real but symbols of that which is – just like you for example perceive the written word milk not as real but a symbol of that which is.

When perceiving the whole world of the outer senses as symbols, none of its apparent differences make a difference, because they are all symbols of the same – and so there is no  foundation for separation. This perception opens the inner senses from where you can experience glimpses of enlightenment or bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one.

But as someone in the world of the outer senses you cannot perceive everything there as symbols, because in order to appear as someone significant there, you have excluded the parts of it, that do not fit into your chosen the image of yourself. That is, unless you include this separation or accept the guidance of the inner breath, which you do by not accepting the apparent reality in the world of the outer senses.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

The enlightenment of that which is one is not something you find, like you find other things in the world. Enlightenment is rather that you do not try to find anything, so that there is not something to hide, you are not someone definable but one who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one. In other words, no need not to look for enlightenment, but for that which you are using to hide it. You could also just accept the guidance of the inner breath.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

If from reading my non teachings you get the impression, that the inner senses are less deceptive than the outer ones, you have chosen to be deceived into believing that you can become someone better, higher or wiser via the inner senses. And if that is your purpose, they will cause you as much suffering as the outer ones.

But if your purpose is to not become anything at all, so that there is not something to hide the formlessness of that which is you, the inner senses will speed up the undoing of the belief in being someone at all.

NOTE: The painting is grabbed from the website Inner senses.

You cannot come back to that which is one, because you never left it (updated)

When thoughts keep on moving faster and faster, you are on full speed back to that which is you. That is if you use the speed as a run-up to the inner senses, where the extreme speediness does not seem terrifying, as it is nothing compared to that which is you. It is so fast that it is not possible to leave it. In other words, you are not returning to that which is you. You are rather leaving the belief that the dullness of the world experienced with the outer senses can hide the formlessness of that which is you. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

When thoughts keep on moving faster and faster, you are on full speed back to that which is you. That is, if you use the speed as a take-off to the inner breath*, that will connect you with the high frequency of the inner senses, where the extreme speed seems like nothing, as the inner senses feels closer to the incredible speed of which is you, which is so fast that it is not possible to conceive. In other words, it is formless and therefore cannot be left, unless you imagine it to slow down, so that there is something to be conceived as if it has a form amongst other forms in a world where there seems to be more than one. Even though this is just a fantasy, as that which is you is no different from that which is one, the belief that it is possible seems to hide the formlessness of that which is you. The animation is grabbed from the web.

Enlightenment of that which is one cannot reveal itself, if you want it to be an experience that change or expand your consciousness, as it takes more than one to be aware of anything. Yet glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one can be experienced, because no glimpse is complete and neither is an experience.

But if enlightenment is what you think you need to become better or higher, you will assume glimpses of it can be used for something specific and so they will seem to disappear until you realize, that you do not need more than what you already have, namely the life of that which is one.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

There is nothing you can do in a world where there seems to be more than one in order to come back to that which is one, because you never left it. But you can do something to undo the belief, that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one. This belief is undone the moment you do not need to believe you have something in a world where there seems to be more than one, as without this belief there is nothing to prove you are someone there, and not being anybody there, you do not need to believe it is possible to be and have more than that which is one.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

In order to jump from one place to another you need to speed up. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

To physically jump from one place to another you need to speed up. Likewise you need to speed up thoughts – or rather you just do not try to slow them down – so that they move at a speed where it is hard to understand them. Consequently there is no understanding to keep you from taking off to the inner breathThe graphic is grabbed from the web.

The experience of having fast-moving thoughts in the world of the outer senses is not comfortable for the body, but if the speed of thoughts is used as take-off to the inner breath*, it will synchronize the speed of the thoughts with the fast frequencies of the inner senses, which is the end of feeling restless and the start of feeling calm. That is if you do not fight the ways of the inner breath or interfere with the world of the outer senses. In others words, to jump from the world of the outer senses to the inner breath*, which connects you with the inner senses, you do what you always need to do when jumping from one place to another, namely speed up.

What is said in the above paragraph about speedy thoughts also applies to for example ongoing misery. When there is enough of it, the misery can be used as a take-off to the inner breath*. Much happiness – and you name it – can be used in the same way.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Connecting with the inner breath is not like breaking on through to the other side, but like going in a driverless car on a highway to the formlessness of that which is one.

What is formless has no sides and therefore no end. Consequently there is no more than that which is one, so if you believe to be in a world where there seems to see more than one, you have chosen to be deceived by the senses.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

The info or the thought construction of somebody tangible is stored at the edge of black hole. In reality it has never left is, because there is no black hole. There is no more than that which is one. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The info or the thought construction needed to make someone appear to be tangible in a world defined by time and space is picked up from the edge of a black hole. In reality though it has never been applied. It is not possible, because there is no more than that which is one. Yet, if you if experience yourself to be someone definitive in a world supposedly created from a big bang coming out of a black hole, you imagine it is possible to be and have more than that which is one. No worries, this mistake is easily undone, if you do not share this experiences with somebody appearing to be outside or inside of you. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

If the change from outer to inner senses is complete, the dullness of the world sensed by the outer senses is no more experienced. Consequently the slowness, that seems to make a world outside of you appear to be tangible, cannot hide there is nothing outside of you, neither inside. The thoughts that made up this illusion is rapidly taken away by the inner senses, so that there is not something to hide the enlightenment of that which is one. Such a complete change is not gradual but very abrupt, and as it is associated with death most avoid the enlightenment of that which is one.

NOTE: There are no facts to prove, there is no more than the formlessness of that which is one, as it would take more than one to prove it. The explanations presented in this article are therefore not made up of facts but metaphors, that are used to explain, what cannot be explained, namely that it is not possible to be someone in a world where there seems to be more than one, as there is no more than that which is one.

Being completely determined to be inclusive will bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one (updated)

You can say the enlightenment of that which is one is revealed when all the pieces in a jigsaw puzzle is put together in a jigsaw puzzle. The pieces symbolizes all thoughts and feelings you have excluded in order to fabricate a personality, which will dissolve when put together with its contrast. This comparison is not completely on the spot though, because actually you do not need to include all the missing pieces. All what is needed is that inclusion and not exclusion is your intention. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

You can say the enlightenment of that which is one is revealed, when all the pieces in a jigsaw puzzle is put together. This comparison is not completely on the spot though, because actually it does not matter if all the pieces are put together. All what is needed is that inclusion and not exclusion is the intention behind your perception. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

What is needed to bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one can be compared to putting together a jigsaw puzzle. When some of the pieces fit together there are glimpses it, and when all pieces fit together the enlightenment of that which is one occurs.

Both the enlightenment of that which is one and the glimpses of it requires that your intention is to not be exclusive but inclusive. In fact it is not the jigsaw puzzle that needs to be complete for the enlightenment of that which is one to be revealed, but your intention to be inclusive.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

If you want to hear the birds singing outside your window, and you cannot hear them because of the music you are playing, it is not the birds you need to do something about but what is blocking out their songs, namely your own choice of listening to music. Likewise you do not need to do anything for the enlightenment of that which is one to occur, but to see that you block it out by believing to be someone definitive and as this belief is upheld by being exclusive, all you need to bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one is to being inclusive.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Though exclusion is the very nature of the ego, most who want to be free of it, assume they will become somebody authentic, when it has been excluded. Yet nothing but inclusion can correct the mistake of following the ego, because without exclusion the ego cannot survive, and without it there is not someone definable to hide the indefinable enlightenment of that which is one.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

It takes a lot of effort to be exclusive, where as to be inclusive requires no effort but not to make an effort to be exclusive. In other words, it is very easy to be inclusive. That is, if you do not insist in being someone definitive, because if you do, you must constantly make sure to exclude something in order to appear as someone specific.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Being inclusive and not exclusive there is no more love or hate – or any other contrast, so there is nothing to fear or forgive.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

What you appear to think and feel may seem to be caused by something outside of you, but that is a connection you are fabricating inside of you, so if you keep it there, the outside will dissolve. In other words, when everything is included there is nothing outside and without an outside there is no inside. There is nothing but the formlessness of that which is one.

Not knowing what and where you are, thoughts looses their meaning (updated)

To avoid being influenced by thoughts no special posture or surroundings are needed. All that is needed is to not be concerned about the outcome of anything at all, so that the apparent difference of attaining something or not makes no difference. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

To avoid being influenced by thoughts no special posture or surroundings are needed. All that is needed is to not be concerned about the outcome of anything at all, so that the apparent difference of attaining something or not makes no difference. The animation is grabbed from Ello.

If you do not believe thoughts to be real, it is easy to bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one, because all that is needed to bid it welcome is to not be attentive to the meaning of thoughts, which is not to be mistaken for stopping them, as that requires someone definitive doing it – and to be definitive requires lots of thoughts judged to have a specific meaning.

Neither should it be understood as you become aware of the enlightenment of that which is one instead of thoughts. It is not possible to be aware of the enlightenment of that which is one, as it takes more than one to be aware of something.

Bidding welcome the enlightenment of that which is one is to not be exclusive but inclusive.

In other words, there is nobody to know if you are enlightened, because to know something requires more than one. Also, what you appear to be in the world is not enlightened, because a person cannot be enlightened. Yet a person can step aside, so that there is not something definable to hide the indefinable light of that which is one. To not be exclusive but inclusive is to step aside, because inclusiveness neutralize contrasts and without them there is nothing define you as someone definitive and therefore not something to not bid welcome the formlessness of the enlightenment of that which is one.

You are nobody in the enlightenment of that which is one. Well, also in the world, but in the enlightenment of that which is one there is not something to fill the nothingness of you with thoughts of importance, and so there is nobody to experience the enlightenment of that which is one. Yet returning from to a world where there seems to be more than one, there are vague memories of such a world being destroyed by a light stronger than 1000s of sun and leaving nothing but that which is one, as Arjuna describes it in the Bhagavad Gita.

Remembering there is no more than that which is one is not gonna change you into someone, who is wiser, better or more happy, but into nobody, as the conclusion is that a world where there seems to be more than one is not there.

The enlightenment of that which is one is one perpetual present, and therefore cannot be brought back into a world of linear time, so if returning to such a world you are not in the enlightenment of that which is one. Yet, as there is vague memories of it, you are to be compared to someone who is the enlightenment of that which is one. The person though that you appear to be in the world is in no way changed by this, neither is it necessary, because the appearance of you in a world where there seems to be more than one is an illusion and so is any change of it.

The visual aspect of having glimpses of enlightenment can for example reveal the birth of a universe. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The visual aspect of having glimpses of enlightenment can for example reveal the birth of a universe. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

If a person only partially bids welcome the enlightenment of that which is one there will just be glimpses of it in the form of hearing, feeling or tasting an echo of that which is one. It can also be spaced out visions of traveling through different universes, seeing Jesus or the birth of a new universe in slow motion, which is very is exciting of course, but as it is something experienced, it has nothing to do with the enlightenment of that which is one.

Glimpses of enlightenment turn you into someone, who appears to be in the world of the outer senses but not of it
You cannot go around as a person enlightened of that which is one, but you can go around having glimpses of it. If you do, you may seem distant to the world, as if you are not there. Yet you are more present than most, because to be present you cannot be in a world where there seems to be more than one.

Living in the now has nothing to do with living. It is a numb state of mind for those trying to fit into a still photo imagined to be life, as they are afraid of going with the flow of it.

Chances are, however, that you quickly will look for more glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one and as you therefore are participating in the quest for being and having more, you will be fixated you in a world where there seems to be more than one. In other words, you are not present at all, because that which is you is the formlessness of oneness and as formless is endless there is no more than that which is one.

The way to undo your belief in thoughts, as if they are yours and therefore making you appear to be someone special, is to include all of them exactly as they appear to be.

The swing of the inner breath feels as the curved line in an yin yang sign swinging back and forth, up and down, from side to side and everything in between within a ball without definitive borders, that crosses your body below or above the waist and in the head or above it. This vibration synchronizes the low-frequency world of the outer senses with the high frequency of the inner senses, so no kind of speediness or confusion in the world of the outer senses seems upsetting. When experiences in the world of the outer senses is based on the world of the inner senses nothing is interpreted as upsetting. It is rather the other way around, you cannot help but laugh. The animation is grabbed from the web.

The swing of the inner breath feels as if the curved line in an yin yang sign is swinging forth and back, up and down, from side to side and everywhere in between within a ball that has no definitive centre or border and that crosses your lower and upper body. This swing synchronizes the low-frequency world of the outer senses with the high frequency of the inner senses, so no kind of speediness or confusion in the world of the outer senses seems upsetting. In other words, when experiences in the world of the outer senses is based on the world of the inner senses, it does not matter if something appears to be upsetting or not. You are indifferent to appearances – including your own – and cannot help but smile. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Being a medium for the inner breath, you are guided by glimpses of enlightenment
The main reason for feeling stressed as an appearance in a world where there seems to be more than one is that it takes so much energy to make thoughts and feelings appear as if they come from someone specific.

Not being someone specific feels as if you are nothing, which seems very discomforting until you realize that being empty you are a vessel the inner breath*, that takes you into the high frequency world of the inner senses, where glimpses of enlightenment is the base for experiencing the low-frequency world of the outer senses.

The excitements in the world of the outer senses requires you to appear, as if you are someone definitive, because you cannot have a specific experience without being someone definitive.

Being guided by the inner breath is like being on auto pilot. It is so relaxing and it feels as if nothing is wrong no matter what you appear to be and have, unless you do not still insist in being entertained by all the apparent exciting possibilities in the world of the outer senses, as they only brings pleasure if you work hard to appear as someone specific with its own thoughts and feelings.

This is very stressful compared to being a medium for the inner breath, as it automatically sync the stress from the world of outer senses with the tranquility of the inner senses, so that you become indifferent to the apparent differences of a world where there seems to be more than one.

You are lucky, when everything seems to fall apart, because this may trigger so much sadness, that you stop believing the construction of thoughts you have based your identity upon is that which is you.

This synchronization occurs when the high frequencies coming from the inner senses are not fenced off by the belief thoughts belongs to someone definitive, and no effort is made to be active in the low-frequency world of the outer senses.

This does not mean that you cannot move around in the world of the outer senses. You are inactive in it and ready to be a medium for the inner breath, when you do not care about what and where you are, while for example walking down a street or sitting in a park. No special posture is needed, neither silence, pure mind, special food or surroundings.

The inner breath is the foundation for glimpses of enlightenment, that is bound to merge into the enlightenment of that which is one, provided you do not keep swimming in the bliss induced by the glimpses of enlightenment, as to be blissful requires more than one.

Just like the inner breath is a foundation for the glimpses of enlightenment so is ´pretending to be a person´ or ´to se symbols of life in the world´ or ´not being exclusive but inclusive´ so that apparent differences is not perceived to make a difference**. It does not matter which foundation you choose or if you alternate between them.

A perfect moment with glimpses of enlightenment is something you are aware of. If you stop being aware of it, you cannot see any glimpse. There is nothing and that is where the enlightenment of that which is one sets in. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Glimpses of enlightenment is something you are aware of. If you stop being aware of them or anything else, there is nothing to block out the enlightenment of that which is one. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Where do glimpses of enlightenment come from
Physically speaking the glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one seems to originate from a non defined space behind the frequencies of thoughts behind the pineal gland. It is probably also from there, you perceive the world, when you are not exclusive but inclusive, so its apparent differences do not make a difference and it feels as every moment is the perfect moment**.

The same applies to pretending being a person or perceiving everything in the world as symbols of that which is one**. The inner breath – sounding like sohang – is presumably picked up from there as well physically speaking.

The pineal gland might work as a receiver for signals picked up by the eighth chakra, which has a magenta color and is located above the head. Yet maybe neither the pineal gland or the eighth chakra have anything to do with the experiences glimpses of enlightenment. You cannot know, because experiencing them, you do not care – and not experiencing you do not know where to look.

In daily life it might be best downplaying the visual glimpses of enlightenment, as you will have a hard time navigating the world of the outer senses, while having visions of light. In most cases though, you can safely go with the glimpses of the other aspects of enlightenment, namely hearing, feeling or tasting it.

This is not a new religion or philosophy, that you must learn and strictly adhere to. On the contrary. It is about unlearning everything and going with the flow.

What is coffee. The answer will depend on the preferences of the one answering it and as we all have different preferences the same cup of coffee can be described in many different ways. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

What is coffee? The answer depends on the preferences of the one answering it, as well as the interpretation of the answer by the one getting it, so the same cup of coffee may turn out to be may different things. In other words, you will not get to know what coffee is from reading about it but from drinking it. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Not knowing what and where you are, there is no more to unlearn
The enlightenment of that which is one and the glimpses of it are in the my non teachings described in a certain way, but elsewhere the same may be described in a another way – just like two persons may describe the same cup of coffee in different ways.

So do not wait for the enlightenment of that which is one or the glimpses of it to be revealed exactly as described in my non teachings. In other words, you do not have to fit into the terminology of my non teachings. Also: trying to extract a specific way to the enlightenment of that which is one or the glimpses of it from my non teachings will not help you. Better to forget all words about it and thrust the light, sound, feeling or taste of it to do their thing, when you partly or fully are willing to not be someone definitive.

That being said, there are practical instructions of how to experience glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one in the article Perceiving the world as symbols of the four aspects of enlightenment – or how to have glimpses of enlightenment, which may help undoing the belief in being someone definitive and therefore be able to bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one.

When there is nobody there, there is nobody to judge a dog to be different from a human. No appearance appears to do behave in a personal way, because nobody is observing them.

There is nothing to fear, when there is nobody there
When none of your experiences are excluded but included, you cannot know what and where you are, because without exclusion there are no contrasts and so there is not something to define you as someone specific.

Inclusion seems dangerous, when you want to survive as someone definitive, but if you do not mind being nobody, there is no need to fear what seems to be the disintegration of you, because there is no end to not being specific.

In part 2, where the perspective is more metaphysical, look for the theme To see symbols of life in the world. A body forgotten is an invitation to the enlightenment of that which is one (updated)

Your body, that seems to be opaque, consists of 1% energy and 99% empty space. In other words, to believe you are somebody is an illusion. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Your body, that seems to be opaque, consists of 99% empty space and 1% energy according to science. In other words, you must be dreaming if you perceive yourself to be someone tangible. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The enlightenment of that which is one does not illuminate anything. It is so bright that there is nothing to see. Besides it requires more than one to see something, and there is no more than the formlessness of that which is one, as what is formless is endless. In other words, if you appear to be in a world where there seems to be more than one you do not exist, and you know it is so. Why else have everybody throughout history asked the same question: Who am I?

Through ideas of love and friendship you create the illusion, that you are someone definitive, who is part of a world with someone else especially for you.

You make yourself appear to be real by for example searching for who you are, as this implies you are someone definitive, or by working for the survival of you, or simple by doing whatever is necessary to feel part of something, so there appear to be a tangible world around you, that seems to acknowledge the existence of you as someone definitive.

It is the tension, that comes from always doing something to be acknowledged as someone tangible, which seems to hold the body together as a unit defined by time and space. But the more the body is hold together the more the enlightenment of that which is one is fenced out.

When the defenses of the body is down, there does not seem to be someone definitive to hide the hide the enlightenment of that which is one. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

When the defenses of the body is down, there does not seem to be someone definitive to hide the enlightenment of that which is one. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The defenses of the body breaks down when being in love and/or being loved, so even though love is just as virtual as the body, it is very helpful in order to break down the defenses against the enlightenment of that which is one. It does not matter what is loved – it may be sunshine, wine, a pet, a person, a god or whatever. As long as you stick to the love, whether it seems to be returned or not, it will make the body feel good – and feeling good its defenses are down, so it does not fight being pushed aside in order to bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one.

The enlightenment of that which is one is not full of love
The above should not be understood as the enlightenment of that which is one is full of love. Using love to break down the barriers to the enlightenment of that which is one can be compared to using a drilling machine to make in a hole in a wall. When the hole is done it is empty. The drilling machine is not there. Likewise love is not in the enlightenment of that which is one. It is empty.

The enlightenment of that which is one cannot be experienced, as it takes more than one to experience something. Only the body can be experienced, but what can be is experienced is not one and what is not one is not real.

Neither should it be understood, as you must break down all the defenses of the body. It needs them to defend itself against various kinds of sickness. In terms of the enlightenment of that which is one a healthy body is good. Not in the sense though that the body needs to be healthy for the enlightenment of that which is one to be received, as a body cannot receive it. A body has to go, and if it seems healthy, you are not occupied by saving it and therefore free to bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one without any concern for the body.

Please be aware that the explanations in this article are done within the context of the world. There is of course no way a body can stop the enlightenment of that which is one. The body is an illusion, and illusions have no power to stop anything. The only problem is that you believe this illusion is real. It is your belief, that blocks out the enlightenment of that which is one – and only in the context of this belief does it make sense, as in the above to talk about the body and love as a solution for breaking down its defenses.

Nothing can stop you on Highway One except your belief in being someone specific (updated)

If you fear the destructive powers of the world, you will probably fear the enlightenment of that which is one, as its light will destroy every definable feature of you just like that. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

If you fear the destructive powers of the world, you may also fear the enlightenment of that which is one, as it relentlessly destroys every definable feature of what you believe to be in a world where there seems to be more than one. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

When my cats are at sleep, they sometimes dream about horrifying things – at least that is how it seems to me, when I see their sudden movements. Likewise it seems to the oneness of life, that we are having a dream about something very frightening. But just like I cannot see the dreams of my cats, life cannot see, that we are dreaming about being and having more than the oneness of life by constantly taking something from outside of us in a world where life seems to be divided in more than one.

Even though life senses, we are dreaming about a world where there seems to be more than one, as to fear something requires more than one, it cannot wake us up to reality of that which is one, as it probably is too scary to suddenly see that what we appear to be in the dream – no matter if it seems spiritual or whatnot – is not real, so life tries to comfort us, while it sweetly whispers in our ears: Come home.

This whisper is heard or felt in the dream as an unpronounceable humming often symbolised by the word Aum or Sohang. If this humming makes you open your eyes for just one second, you will not see the world you are dreaming about but a light much stronger than anything in the dream. An atomic bomb seems to be nothing compared to this force of light, which does not illuminate something, and is neither opaque or transparent, but so intense that it cannot be apprehended.

As the enlightenment of that which is one is one perpetual present, it cannot be brought back into a world of linear time, so Alexius only has vague memories of it.

To bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one all thoughts made to fabricate an image of you as something definable must be left at the edge of a black hole, so that there is nothing for the bright white light to suck through a black hole into that which is one. This will of course seems very frightening if you want to remain someone definable in a world, where there seems to be more than one, and if so chances are that you out of desperation will define the bright white light and/or the black hole as something, and so you are back in a definable world. If you leave all thoughts behind at the edge of the black hole and end up being no different from that which is one, you can pick up all the thoughts again – in linear time – within a few minutes and return as someone in a world, where there seems to be more than one.

The enlightenment of that which is one sucks out all the thoughts you have collected to establish an image of you as someone definitive. This construction of thoughts is left at the edge of a black hole, so there is nothing to fall/float through it into the formlessness of that which is one. This will of course seems very frightening, if you still consider yourself as someone definable. No worries, if you want to return to world defined by time and space all you need to do is to pick up the thought construction at the edge of the black hole, which is done by comparing the journey through the black hole to something else. In this way the journey becomes definable, and that is only possible in a definable world. In other words, you appear to be back in a world defined by time and space. Just one thing: You have to return within 28 minutes (measured in linear time) otherwise it is too late to reboot the body. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Without further notice this light relentlessly and most powerfully smashes every definable feature, that makes up your identity in the dream of a world, where life seems to be divided in more than one. If you do not believe, this identity is that which is you, you will not fear obliteration and the free fall through a black hole into the formlessness of that which is one.

But if you are attached to being someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one, you fear becoming formless, and to prevent it you objectify the fear by justifying it as if it caused by a force that wants to destroy you, so that the fear becomes a tangible form, which seems powerful enough to smash the enlightenment of that which is one into definable pieces. In this way the formlessness of oneness is escaped, so you can appear to be someone special in a world, where there life seems to be divided in more than one.

Some claim, they out of compassion for others return to a world where there seems to be more than, but that is solely the ego talking. Life is the formlessness of that which is one, so a world where life seems to be divided in more than one is an illusion.

Actually there is nothing to fear in that which is one, because it takes more than one to fear something. But imagining to be in a world where there seems to be more than one, it always seems as if there is something to fear. To appear as someone definitive you must constantly exclude what is judged not to be you, and as that is done by projecting what you dislike onto others or obscure parts of your body, you fear the retaliation from others or your body.

That which is one has no power to destroy anything, as that requires more than one.

But when not excluding anything in order to appear as someone great in the dream of a world where there seems to be more than one, there is no reason to fear the death of being someone definitive and as nothing falling out of the dream into the reality of that which is one.

The unenlightened twists everything they hear or read about oneness and the enlightenment of that which is one into something, that appears to make them someone special in the world instead of not someone at all.

As there is no more than that which is one and as it requires more than one choosing to wake up – or choosing anything at all – it is not possible to wake up. You reading this article is also not possible, neither me writing it. That which we is, is not in the dream called the world. You could say it is dreaming it. Yet speaking about a dream is only a metaphor to describe that which is not real. In other words, there is no dream. There is no more than one perpetual present.

NOTE: Aum and Sohang are two words symbolising the same vibration, that although unpronounceable can be heard or felt with the help of the inner senses. If you want to learn how click here. You can also read the previous articles, that are other ways of saying the same as this article, namely that the world can be compared to a dream, and as a dream is not real, there is nothing that needs to be fixed in it, which is grasped the more you are having the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one undone.

The unspeakable sound of Aum or Sohang is your ticket to Highway One (updated)

The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The graphic is grabbed from the web.

When your ear is close enough to a computer, you hear and/or feel a distant sound coming from its engine. In order to be that close to the computer though, you have to stop focusing on the world empowered on its screen.

The same applies to hearing or feeling the distant sound from the edge of the universe, which is often, although it cannot be spoken, symbolised by the words Aum or Sohang. In other words, you must stop focusing on the appearances in the world of duality to hear the humming from the edge of the universe, which can be compared to hearing the essence of the sound coming from a computer engine or rather the a fan of it. You can also compare the humming to transparently sensing the purring of a cat.

This vibration is used to fabricate and uphold a world of duality – not in the sense that it has created it. The vibration is an echo of that which has no beginning or end, so it cannot create anything with an end. Yet the energy of it is used to keep together the imagination of a world of duality – just like it is the energy of a dreamer that makes it possible to have a dream. It is not possible though to manifest the dreamer in the dream and likewise it is not possible to manifest non-duality in a world of duality.

The vibration that ´Aum´ and ´Sohang´ symbolises is your launching pad to non-duality.

The launching pad to one perpetual present
Sometimes, while having a dream, you sense that it is too weird to be real. Likewise hearing or feeling the vibration symbolised by Aum or Sohang a world of duality stops making sense. The apparent differences of it do not make a difference, and so the concept of duality slowly fades out – also the fear born out of the belief in being someone definitive. Consequently the world no longer seems to have a grip on you, and so you are free to use the humming from the edge of the universe as a launching pad to the formlessness of non-duality.

I am never sad and nobody is ever mad at me. I know these feelings, and when they pass by I include them – and what is not excluded does not define me.

You cannot know or understand the formlessness of non-duality, because it is that which is one, and it takes more than one to know or understand something. For the same reason you cannot experience fear, sadness or anger, neither love, happiness or compassion in that which is one.

This does not mean, that there is no love in that which is one. It is everywhere but as non-duality is formless there is no separation, so there is not something specific to experience. Neither is there someone specific to experience, that there is nothing specific to experience. It is one perpetual present.

NOTES:

  • Hearing or feeling the vibration symbolised by Aum or Sohang, which is to hear or feel the echo of that which is one, is not a miracle cure, as everything in a world of linear time appears to take time – including undoing the belief in being someone definitive and that the fear it entails is an illusion.
  • Following the heart has nothing to do with following the echo of that which is one. This vibration erases the belief in a world defined by time and space. The heart, however needs definitions in order to continuously be excited about something definitive. Consequently it will fight the vibration symbolised by Aum or Sohang, so that you remain in world defined by time and space.
  • If you want practical instructions on how to hear or feel the vibration, that Aum or Sohang symbolises, check out this article.

A perfect moment takes you back to the first moment of the world (updated)

You and the world is fabricated at the edge of a black hole, which you have imagined to be a way out of that which is one – and to make it appear as if you are right, you divide all the appearances of this fabrication by separating them into good and bad, so that it seems you are in a world, where there is more than that which is one.

What you appear to be is fabricated at the edge of a black hole, from where you believed it was possible to escape that which is one. To make it appear as you are right in believing, it is possible to be and have more than that which is one, you separate everything you imagine to see outside the black hole into degrees of good and bad, so that it feels like you are in a world where there is more than one.

When feelings, that are judged to be bad, are excluded by projecting them onto others or obscure parts of your body, so that you appear to be a good person only, you have fabricated a world divided into opposites of good and bad, right and wrong and me and them. Consequently there is always something, you need to fix in order not to feel bad, wrong or outside.

When everything is included there are no differences and consequently nothing to improve. Nothing is missing. Every moment is the perfect moment.

But if you do not try to avoid the ups and downs of the world by excluding what makes you feel down but instead include down as well as up, then their contrast is cancelled out, and so the apparent difference between down and up makes no difference. In other words, nothing is wrong or missing. The moment is perfect – also if there still appears to be thoughts and feelings, because they are experienced through a breeze of indifference echoing that which is one.

The inner senses are not limited by the ideas of time and space, so it is not a problem for them to pick the echo of that which is one coming from the beginning of the world, which also is the end of it.

The inner senses are not limited by the ideas of time and space, so it is not a problem for them to pick the echo of that which is one coming from the beginning of the world. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The humming from the edge of the universe
Depending on your preference in the world the echo of that which is one is either experienced as a sound, feeling, light or taste coming from the edge of the universe – one at a time though, as they are aspects of that which is one. This article, however, is mainly about hearing or feeling it, which is often symbolised by the words Aum and Sohang.

As what is formless is endless, the formlessness of that which is one is everything, so to be conscious or anything else that requires more than one is an illusion.

When the outer senses are partially closed, the inner ones, that are not limited by time and space, can tune into this vibration from the edge of the universe symbolised by the words Aum and Sohang, so that you can hear or feel it. What you hear or feel though is not that which is one but a glimpse of it, because that which is one cannot be experienced.

That which is one is the absence of attention, awareness, consciousness, love or anything else that requires more than one. In other words, attention, awareness, consciousness, love or anything else that requires more than one are attributes of the ego.

If the outer senses are completely closed, there is no world to experience, and so there is nothing to prevent the flow of the inner senses from erasing all thoughts – or rather the belief that there is someone thinking them – so there is not something that appears to hide that which is one. This is, however, not the subject of this article, which is written within the apparent realm of a world where there seems to be more than one.

The edge of the universe can be heard, felt, tasted and seen, as if it is in yourself and not far away. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The edge of the universe can be heard, felt, tasted and seen, as if it is not far away but in you.

Feeling or hearing the humming from the edge of the universe you do not perceive differences to make a difference. There is nothing to separate good and bad or anything else, so everything – though apparent different – have the same value. Every moment is the perfect moment. Nothing is wrong or missing.

Feeling or hearing the humming from the edge of the universe you do not perceive differences to make a difference. Every moment is the perfect moment, when emptied for personal perception by the unpronounceable vibration picked up from the edge of the universe.

In the next article The unspeakable sound of Aum or Sohang is your ticket to Highway One you can read especially about the humming at the edge of the universe, and in the article Life has no secrets you can learn how to hear and/or feel it. The perfect moment you can read about in part 3 of my non teachings, especially in the themes ´Every moment is the perfect moment´, ´Inclusiveness is a perfect moment´ and ´Oneness is 100% intimacy´. At the end of this theme there are practical instructions of how to have glimpses of enlightenment. See the article Perceiving the world as symbols of the four aspects of enlightenment – or how to have glimpses of enlightenment.

You think you have escaped that which is one through an black hole looking a bit like an embryo into a world where there seems to be more than one. But it is a fantasy. It is not possible. There is no black hole, because there is no more than that which is one. Consequently I can only show you a fantasy picture of the black hole, that is imagined to look a bit like an embryo or a horse head. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

You think you have escaped that which is one through a black hole into a world where there seems to be more than one. But it is a fantasy. There is no way to escape the formlessness of that which is one, because formlessness is endless. Consequently this image of a black hole, that may look like an embryo or a horse head, is not real.

In the beginning every moment was the perfect
A perfect moment can be compared to the first moment of a world where there seems to be more than one. You have just escaped the formlessness of that which is one through a black hole, that you imagined to see at what you judged to be the edge of oneness. Fragments of oneness – or rather selected memories – that you brought through the black hole, are chaotically floating around until you start organizing them into a perfect pattern.

But there is not enough fragments – or memories – to make the pattern perfect. You freak out, and the anger makes the fragments explode into a big bang, that expands into the universe in which you spend all your time looking for the missing pieces. You can read more detailed about this in the articles Duality is a virtual reality on top of non-duality and From non-duality to duality and back.

Truth is that which is one. Consequently there is no truth in a world, where there seems to be more than one.

If you are a factual minded person, you may ask, where are the facts behind the above explanation. There are no facts but that a world where there seems to be more than one is not possible, because there is no more than the formlessness of that which is one, as formlessness has no end. In other words, that which is one is everything and therefore no outside or inside.

Consequently whatever is experienced in a world where there seems to be more than one is an illusion – also so-called facts, spirituality, the above mentioned perfect moment and explanation of the beginning of the world.

The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The perfect moment is a fairytale pointing to that which is one
That which is you is no different from that which is one, so it is not possible to be someone definitive in a world, where there seems to be more than one. Yet it is possible to pretend being there. Just like – in the context of such a world – it is possible to pretend being someone in a virtual world of game.

As most have forgotten, that a world where there seems to be more than one is virtual, they believe that what they appear to be is real – and as they believe it all started with a big bang, the above explanation about the beginning of the world and a perfect moment is meant to be a fairytale, that hints to what hides that which is one, so you may be inspired to have the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one undone.

A perfect moment can be used as a way to survive the stress of a world where there seems to be more than one, and/or as a way to have the belief in such a world undone, so there is not something to hide the formlessness of that which is one.

So if this fairytale of a perfect moment seems helpful to you, follow it and go back to the very first moment of the world, where your partially opened inner senses will fill you with glimpses of enlightenment – or if completely opened leave your identity at the edge of a black hole, so that nobody gracefully floats through a black hole into that which is one.

But if this fairytale is not your cup of tea by all means go for another – for example Pretending to be a person or Seeing symbols of spirituality in the world, that are other themes of my non teachings, which you can find in the table of contents – or go for something entirely different.

It is best though, while appearing to be in a world, where there seems to be more than one, to follow somebody else´s voice*, as what you consider to be your own is based on the sum of your memories, which means it is the ego talking from the past in an attempt to maintain status quo by for example saying you should things in your own pace.

No way, however, is more or less real than another. Yet while believing to be in a world where there seems to be more than one, it may seem as if there is a way that serves you better than another in regards to undoing the belief in being someone definitive. If my non teachings appear to be such a way use them to set yourself free, but please not to prove that you are on the right way and others are on a wrong.

Also do not try to fit into the terminology of my non teachings. They are not supposed to be a new philosophy or religion for you to follow but to set you free from following anything at all.

*) It is of course only in a world, where there seems to be more than one, that you can appear to follow somebody else’s voice. Ultimately speaking there is nothing but the oneness of that which is you.
